The hotel was beautiful and perfect for a one-night stay. The breakfast service is a la carte as opposed to a buffet which makes a nice change, although the service is a little slow.

This is a well-known hotel and restaurant that has been renovated after many years, with the wellness area still awaiting reconstruction. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace. The food is very good, and a new weekly menu is introduced every week. You’ll enjoy it!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Our bathroom had a very large bath that you may want to ensure that you have a rubber ring available :-) The only negative that I would highlight is that the breakfast is over-priced for what you get which, wasn't very good either but, apart from that, a wonderful hotel to stay in. We used Uber's to explore the city and they are very cheap.

The hotel is well located. However is a little outdated. The rooms are Ibis standard but especially the bathroom needs attention. It seems old and the drain of the shower was clogged. It was also smelly. The electric bus passes beside the hotel and it has the noise, mainly during the evening but it is not something very uncomfortable. In general it was a good experience.

The location is really great. The rooms are very small and haven’t been updated since maybe 1970 depending on the yellow wing plastic in the bathroom and the hairdryer which I thought could’ve been a centralized vacuum cleaner. We spent a skiing holiday here. Very well located, we were more than satified with the service, wellness area and the food. The hotel provided ski bus service was particularly useful.

The hotel is ok, rooms where ok, food was ok, everything was decent, exept the bartenders, they really don't know how to treat guests or how to communicate efficiently.

We spent a week in this hotel and we noticed that the room was dirty, not cleaned through all week and the staff was not helpfull at all. The meals were quite well and the wellness was pleasant. Nice and not expensive place for skiing holidays with friends.

Very well priced rooms and very helpful service. The location is also fantastic with amazing views on all sides, including onto Mt Chopok. The pool is also good to have. However, the rooms are old fashioned and there is absolutely no variety in the buffet. There is hardly any choice at all.

The staff is serviceable and nice. We asked a room with an air conditioner but the air condition did not work good at all. The rooms are big but without air - stuffy. The safe did not work at the beginning but they fixed it after a day. We saw that there are hotels in spa island which were cheaper then here near veh river. So we were sorry not to order there....

Perfect location for e-bikes, hiking, homeofficing fast and reliable wifi, very friendly staff and very private as the property is surrounded by trees access to lifts is very straightforward as the hotel is directly on the slopes. Simple and basic room and amenities but clean and comfortable. Lobby and common areas are being upgraded and looks nice. Location is next to expressway so it's quite noisy.

I stayed in a twin room as a solo traveller. The room was spacious, clean and nice. I think it is worth more than the price. However, it was quite far from the station and it was quite a climb up the hill to get to the hotel.

Had the best swim ever. The lane was just for me, I recommend to come in the morning if you want to really swim. The temperatute of the waterwas perfect for swimmers, the pool was clean. I swam 1.5km and then had a nice chat with the staff and also bought a snack and a Coke.

Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center.

The hotel is located in a convenient location in the city, nearby there is all the infrastructure that is required for a vacationer for a short or long term. Nice design style for all age groups. Location beats everything else. It's in a quiet beautiful neighborhood with lots of stores and cafes nearby and really close to the castle, city center and railway station. Bed was really comfy, the room was clean, though you might have to remind your host to put toiletries in the bathroom.

It is a family-owned hotel and the owners are great. The communications with the owners is very informal, funny, and pleasant. The place is friendly, cozy, and calm. You will feel the sense of home. I don't know why, but it reminds me of a greater version of the "Fawlty Towers" series.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time, without asking and at no extra cost, they upgraded us to a suite. The rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the city center of Kosice. A modest and decent breakfast and the service is great. We will return to the hotel again and highly recommend staying there.

The entrance requires climbing a short flight of stairs, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling with large luggage. The room itself is decent overall. However, the door uses a more traditional key lock, which feels a bit outdated and insecure. The breakfast selection is somewhat limited. The main problem that persists is the availability of the products offered: most of the time many are missing from the offer and are replaced with delay or not at all.
