Hotel Neptun - Terme & Wellness Lifeclass in Portoroz Airport

we went to dinner at Neptun restaurant as our restaurant at Apollo was closed. Food was badly presented , overcooked and bland. our waiter was rude, she seamed to anoyed to have to serve the clients. awfull experience. we paid for a 4 star hotel not for a 2 star. we paid high and got low service.

Non-existent staff not recommended, dinner with paper placemats, paper napkins, all cold buffet, crowded impractical pools, cold water in the pools, what can I say, a nightmare stay, never again, we thought, having seen a 4-star hotel, it would be super, instead, a total disappointment, I don't recommend it

Everything in this hotel is cheap and old - the outdated furniture had to be cheap already centuries ago, when they bought it, the carpets in the rooms remember K&K monarchy, the toilet paper in the room is 1 layer brown super-thin joke that cost 1,-euro for pack of 200 rolls, the multipurpose hand/hair/body liquid wash will give you skin rash, the air-conditioning has a power of no name "Made in China" usb fan from Amazon. The shower is combined with bathtub and has a size of bathtub in Barbie doll house and the provided towels pill so much, that if you use them you'll end up looking like Santa Claus with a allbody white beard. The breakfast is disastrous. The price for a night as well as the 4-star rating of this hotel are disproportionately high in respect to what the hotel provides. The only plus is the location right in the center of the town. And that's a plus only if you like Portoroz - a caricature of a Mediterranean town, kitchy and loud theme park with ugly beaches and dirty sea.
