The room facilities were decent. The bathrobe was a bit old. There was a strange smell when I first entered, but it dissipated after opening the window for a while. You can order takeout and they'll deliver it right to your room.

I love the location. It’s nearby the places I wanted to go in Gangnam by Walking. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean, with enough space for luggage. The front desk provided universal adapters, and the lobby had a coffee machine, ice maker, and iced water. There was a mini-fridge in the room, and housekeeping cleaned daily.

the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It's right beside a construction site. 7am the banging starts.
place looks disappointing compared to the pics. There are 2 staff at reception. The morning staff was rude and grpuchy. The afternoon staff was polite and welcoming. This was consistent for the 2 days I stayed there. whoever cleaned my room took money the Money punch that I left in my bag. I only discovered this after reaching singapore. Whilst not being able to prove this. I was very disappointed with the room. TOATALLY DONT RECOMMEBND IT

The room are normal for 2people but location very good in Gangnam, easy for travel and nearby subway

The location and cleanliness were good, but the soundproofing in the room was nonexistent. It felt like the windows were single-paned because the outside noise was terrible; I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the street at night. Even though everything else was fine, I won't be staying here again for the sake of a good night's sleep. What a shame.

Good location. February 2026 was too noisy because of construction works just the next building which starts 7am every day.

Location was good for my main purpose (Gangnam beauty clinics), front desk staff were friendly and one of the ladies was able to converse in Japanese well. Room was very spacious for one person, but was kind of stuffy as ventilation wasn't good.

Good location staff is not giving correct information about the airport bus that can’t used credit card but understandable that they might did not know.

The room I got was completely different from the pictures, which felt a bit misleading. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep, but don't expect much else. It's basically a budget hotel, though it does have a bathtub.
