I had some business in Seoul, so I booked a place in Cheonho. The staff were very kind and helpful, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

The best hotel. Great room, came with a massage chair. Heated floors and separated shower/restroom. The staff are the best, helped us find things we couldnt do ourselves on google. Clean and has been our go to for the last 2 trips. Relatively close to anywhere. 1 hr max on the bus will get you to where you plan on going and the train station is close by for farther adventures

The hotel is easy to find, spacious, and clean. It is much bigger than many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Seoul, and the price is reasonable. The location is convenient, close to bus stops, the train station, and the airport bus. If you plan to attend a concert at KSPO, this is a good choice.
There is tea, water, and coffee available at the reception area, and the staff are friendly. They also offer early check-in and late check-out, so you can contact them if needed.
Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay. The only downside is that the lighting in the room is a bit dim, which may make it difficult for girls to do makeup.

The cleanliness could be improved; the table was a bit dirty, and one of the towels wasn't clean. Other than that, the room was generally clean and tidy, which is acceptable for this price point.
The location is excellent. I mainly came here for a concert at KSPO Dome, and getting to and from there was very convenient. The area around the hotel is lively at night, making it easy to order takeout or find restaurants for late-night meals.
The service was great. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and they offered free luggage storage for the entire day when I checked out.
The soundproofing is a bit subpar. It improved after closing and locking both the corridor door and the room windows, but I could still hear traffic noise. I ended up buying earplugs.

This hotel is easily accessible from Incheon Airport; just take bus 6200 to Cheonho Station. It's super close to Cheonho Station on Line 5, making it really convenient to get to places like KSPO, Seongsu-dong, and Konkuk University. There are plenty of great restaurants, convenience stores, and an Olive Young all within walking distance.
The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped, and I loved that the hairdryer came with a straightener! I was pleasantly surprised that the suite I booked had a massage chair. If you forget your adapter, you can borrow one from the front desk staff. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming to KSPO for a show.

Luckily, it wasn't hard to get here, and the place was easy to find. Most importantly, it's very close to the subway station 🚇, so no worries there, folks!

The hotel location is convenient - Cheonho station is really close - only 3 stations to the Lotte World shopping mall with all the nice shops and restaurants! Moreover, the Incheon Airport bus transfer (6200) comes to just that location so you can easily travel to the airport or get to the city after arriving in Seoul.
The room was nice and clean. But to receive fresh towels or have your room made you need to remind the staff. There were 2 guests but 1 body towel. Make sure they remember to provide the second. If arrive earlier, you can pay 10000 won for each hour of early check in. We were happy to be able to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out.
