Hotel Grammos in Seoul

Hotel Grammos is about 7 mins by walk from Yeoksam station and 2 stations away from COEX. There’s an Olive Young nearby and a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. If you have heavy luggages, I suggest you take Uber to and from the hotel as the station does not have step-free access. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Water bottles are topped up everyday. Room temperature is ok too and they have an a/c and windows can be opened slightly.
Checkout is strictly at 11am, and beyond that, they charge 11k KRW.
Photos in the listing are accurate so I’m super happy about that. Will definitely stay again.

Pleasantly surprised! The location is super convenient, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English, providing very detailed and helpful explanations. The room was larger than expected, with a well-designed layout. All the lighting controls were on a single panel, which was incredibly convenient. I'd definitely come back again.

The location and service are great, the reception staff when we checked in spoke fluent English and gave very detailed instructions. However, being a hotel with stellar reviews, I was expecting more with the hardware. The facilities are very outdated and the room smells damp, will probably be considering another choice when coming to Seoul again.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. The location is super convenient with restaurants, a supermarket, and a coffee shop right out the door to the right, and easy access to transportation. The front desk staff were really friendly, and the room price was very reasonable, offering great value for money! There's an outdoor swimming pool on the 12th floor, which made this a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A truly excellent stay, I was very satisfied! The service was incredibly attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. The breakfast spread was fantastic and varied, offering outstanding value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find. There's also an airport shuttle stop nearby, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it's a good choice.

I stayed here for two nights to rest after a long trip around Japan, and it turned out to be a great choice. The spacious, modern design made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I spent a cozy weekend watching Resident Playbook on the in-room TV while enjoying fried chicken and ramyeon—such a happy and peaceful time.

I also really loved the lobby. It had a sleek, elegant design and provided useful amenities like a microwave and hot water dispenser.

There were several convenience stores nearby—turn right and you’ll find one, turn left and you’ll see two more. It’s also not far from both the bus stops and Yeoksam Station. You can even walk to the building where Woo Young-woo worked! I actually went and took a photo while waiting for check-in.

I’d definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future!

Oh, a couple of small downsides:
- It was spring, and the rooftop wasn’t open yet.
- The showerhead placement felt awkward—it was difficult to adjust the angle, so the water didn’t quite hit where I needed it to. A bit tricky when showering.
