The front desk service was good and the hotel was clean. The room was quiet, but overall it was too small, with just a bed and a narrow hallway. Breakfast was a bit limited, offering only pasta, milk, cereal, and toast.

The surroundings are lovely and quiet. There's a subway station and airport bus stop right outside, making transportation super convenient. Plus, the room has power strips, which is really handy as you don't need to bring an adapter. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks, McDonald's, and a CU convenience store, all very convenient. If you're going to a show at KSPO Dome, the express line on subway line 9 gets you there really quickly.

**Facilities:** There's a noticeable age to the facilities, for example, the bottom of the bathroom door frame shows some signs of disrepair.
**Cleanliness:** Housekeeping is done daily at 4 PM.
**Environment:** It's located in Gangnam, near Seonjeongneung Station on Line 9, Exit 3. Walk straight past two intersections, and it's on your right. The entrance is quite small, but there's a prominent restaurant right by it. A pleasant fragrance greets you as you enter.
**Service:** The front desk staff greets you upon entry.
There are no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. The hairdryer plug and socket don't fit very well, and the tissue box on the desk is practically empty, making it hard to pull out tissues.
Also, they didn't seem to read my reservation notes (I had specifically requested not to be placed in the last room down the hallway).

The location is excellent, walkable to the station or into Gangnam city area. I needed to check-in early, and the receptionist made that hassle-free. I heard some people feel like the petite queen room is small, but for me I think it’s perfect and was very cozy. Two things that could definitely be improved are the loud noises the water system makes when I tried to turn on hot water on both the sink and ithe shower head, plus if they do provide slippers it would be a perfect stay.

The room was spacious and very convenient, close to the COEX exhibition center. The front desk service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. They also offer free luggage storage, and they even held a sample machine for me that arrived a week early, keeping it in excellent condition.

It's right by the subway station, so getting around is super convenient, and you can reach Gangnam really quickly. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. Check-in was very fast too. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

This was my third time staying here, and it feels like the experience is getting worse each time. This visit, the room was a bit too basic, but at least the bathroom was spacious.

Really enjoyed staying at the Hotel. It was a bit smaller than I expected but overall the stay was nice. Totally recommend it. I stayed in double bedrooms
