Excellent location right in the heart of Myeongdong. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and hassle‑free. The room is quite small and can’t fully accommodate two luggages. We stayed as a family of three, but only two pillows were provided. We requested an additional pillow but were informed that none were available. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Amazing hotel located in a very central part of Seoul, in the heart of Myeongdong shopping street. Very good connection to Seoul station and the metro in general. Room had all amenities we needed and it was comfortable. The breakfast selection had great variety and the staff is very friendly and so helpful to any need possible. There is also a microwave and a laundry room in the basement floor, which we found very handy. All in all, our stay in the hotel was incredible and we would recommend it for anyone travelling to Seoul.

The room was very clean. We booked a king-sized bed room, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, including a private toilet stall and a large bathtub. There was also a separate shower area, so we didn't have to worry about the floor getting wet. The hotel breakfast was also good; they provided meal tickets with specific times for each day upon check-in. On the basement level, there were free ice machines and plastic cups, as well as a smoking room and self-service washing machines. Check-in at the hotel was completely self-service, which was very convenient – it took less than a minute. I've stayed at Henn na Hotel twice before in Tokyo and really love their Japanese hotel design. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The room itself was actually quite nice, but the sleep quality wasn't great. The bed felt pretty old and uncomfortable, and the heater was so noisy it kept me up at night. Decent stay, but could definitely use some upgrades.

The hotel is highly automated with self check-in/out. Amenities are requested via kiosks or robots and come quite fast. My kid loved the robot coming to the room and the moving dinosaur in the lobby. They don’t change the bed linen every day, an after housekeeping on my second day, the hotel slippers were taken away and not replaced, plus you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
The location is very convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping streets, right opposite a 7-Eleven, and about a 10-minute walk to Shinsegae Duty Free, which is the meeting point for many guided tours booked online (GetYourGuide, Klook, KKDay, SeoulPass, Trip.com, etc.).
The child-friendly/accessible room was a big plus. We could push the two small beds together with no side table in between, making it safer for our young child to sleep without worrying about falling.

Super Surprising for first staying but long period with Henn na , all facility was perfect and having gimmicks such robots welcoming and amenities delivery service on request anytime via Ginnie chatbot in room. Anyway, all staff was also very nice and helpful. As Japanese style hotel, you might feel room is a bit small when checked in however I could feel more comfortable and like the room because all was complimented itself. Witt had no issue, Lots TV channel and large screen. Thanks a lot , esp Ms.Takana (sorry if am typo) for great support since checked until today checked out. Will come back soon. Thanks a lo.

Third time staying here. Room was very spacious and shower had nice pressure. Clean and quite with shops nearby. Excellent amenities. Now has breakfast tied in with stay no way to choose without breakfast . Food was very basic with slight changes in menu daily. Taste is passable.

It's just OK for the food and abit expensive , having crowd at the night so need to wait for 30mins.

Got the lunch special and was blown away by the portion and side dishes. Three people could have easily shared the meal. I don't even think it was particularly good.
The two tourists that sat next to us saw what we got and tried to order just one to share. The waiter basically embarrassed them and scoffed that they each had to order something. I was pleased because those two people were super obnoxious and it was nice to see a public shaming.
Lots of young Korean people here which was a good sign because it probably means the prices are good and so is the food considering this area is tourist central.
If you prefer quantity over quality then this place is excellent.

We stayed in Seoul for a week and came here the second night. And let me say one thing first. If you want great meat with nice hosts, choose a place called "Myeongdong Jungil Hoegwan" which is not far away.
This place here is more or less in the middle of the action of Myeongdong. It's on a 2nd floor with no english sign downstairs. Once upstairs you'll see the english sign.
It is not a bad place, but there are a bunch of issues. The biggest one was the unfriendly welcome. There was a big line....but we managed to get in after about 25mins. While waiting we studied the menu. Looked good and the prices similar to other grills. Since we weren't sure about the meat quality we ordered two items first. And the lady in charge quite rudely repeated how little we wanted to order and that we should really get more. We said we'll order more after the first plates. Only to find out that this will be the last order and it's not possible to order more (place closed about in 1 hour, around 9.30pm).
She had quite an attitude....so we didn't order more. Almost walked away, but it got late so we sat down at our table. 2 servings of meat, two beer and Soju. All the usual sides dishes like Kimchi came with. All for about 70$ (premium cut of beef around 40$ a piece) Meat was pretty good I have to say and the friendly waiter at our table made us forget a little about the rude welcome. We even thought about coming back, since we enjoyed the meat (on real coal) here.
But only to find the restaurant "Myeongdong Jungil Hoegwan" two nights later, where we dined two times. Meat quality was superior....and really friendly staff. No rush ... no push. We enjoyed that place a lot and happily spent more than double the money we spent here (we ordered quite a lot of meat).
