The value for money was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again on my next business trip. It was a perfect location for my business trip, and I especially liked the service at the counter. ^_^

I didn't like it at all. Problems with the boiler, lights, and TV. Rude and unhelpful service. No food service due, according to the staff, to COVID-19... closed 4 years ago.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few steps from Seoul National University subway station, making it easy to get around. The hotel is a little dark, but the staff are very friendly. There are free ice cream and coffee, an ice machine, and purified water for you to take as you please. There is a small kitchen for breakfast, and making your own toast and omelette is quite fun.

For us, this is the best hotel in Seoul! The metro is nearby, it is convenient to get to any point in the city. For breakfast, you can cook European food, ice cream, coffee, popcorn around the clock.

The walls and ceilings are thin, so I was worried about hearing voices from other rooms. The windows are small, so the room is dark and not well lit, but other than that there are no problems. The reception staff were very friendly and the price was reasonable. The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants where you can enjoy Korean food, which makes you feel like you're traveling. The local cafes and markets are also fun. You can get there from the airport in a single limousine bus. Seoul's buses are easy to use with Google Maps, so it's convenient to go anywhere here. It's about 50 minutes to Myeongdong.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel, it is so good in value for money with a family, they also have an excellent snacks bar which has popcorn, ice-cream and coffee I will definitely stay here next time when I come to Seoul. 😀

This is definitely a love hotel and I was here just to stay while on business so it did have some challenges around sounds and times of people coming in and out of rooms when trying to get a rest for work the next day but I sleep heavy and it wasn't too bad. The room is fine with all the basic needs but the best thing was free ice cream and they had a guide in English for people to stay there so be sure to ask for that. The people were friendly and I like that area for exploring and walking so I enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights!

My experience here was not great. I can smell smoking from hallway and in my room. AC was not working and all I got was a sorry. The staff could have offered a room change or discount but no. I left the other day.
