I stayed at the hotel during my vacation, and overall, the experience was fine. However, I was unexpectedly charged 30,000 KRW for what was claimed to be a "work fee." This charge was not communicated to me in advance.
If there is any kind of deposit or additional fee, especially one related to a non-standard service like working during a stay, it should be clearly explained to guests beforehand — ideally at the time of booking or at check-in.
Transparency in pricing is very important, and I would appreciate it if the hotel could improve communication about any potential extra charges in the future.

The room was rather ordinary, with a distinctive smell that lingered on my clothes all night long.

I wasn't used to the electronic door lock so I had to call the front desk a few times, but they explained it to me politely every time.

I thought the floors were a little sloppy, but the shower water pressure and temperature were always stable, the bed was fluffy, and the smell of sewer didn't permeate the bedroom. I think it's worth the price and quality.

If you're using Changhanpyeong Station with a suitcase, take the elevator near the nearest exit and you'll be right next to the nearest exit.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. The price is a pleasant surprise. It is only about ten minutes away from the subway station. The guy at the front desk is also very polite. Drinks and coffee are also prepared in the room. I will stay here again next time.
