The location is super convenient! There's an elevator, which was a huge help with luggage. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, and it's really close to the subway station. Plus, there are even night buses available late at night.

The location is fantastic, right above a bustling shopping street with plenty of dining options. There's a rib soup restaurant at the intersection, a lively bar street nearby, more soup noodle shops, and numerous convenience stores.

Great value for money! They offer free luggage storage, complimentary laundry and drying services, and free hot water. The room had heating and an electric blanket, and the location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the subway and bus station.

Excellent! It's super clean and has great amenities. I slept incredibly well as it was very quiet at night, perfect for solo travelers. Plus, there's plenty of entertainment nearby, which is super convenient.

This was my third time staying here, and the location is still super convenient. Food deliveries come right to your room, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, plus coffee shops and convenience stores. The guesthouse is right on the main road, so no navigating alleyways. The area feels safe too, with lots of young people and university students around.
There's a washing machine and dryer in the hallway, which is really handy.
I switched rooms midway through my stay. The underfloor heating in the smaller room wasn't very warm, but the larger room was excessively hot – as someone from the south, I couldn't handle it and had to use the AC to adjust the temperature.
I added the owner on WeChat, and they were always responsive and very helpful. All in all, it's perfect for a solo traveler. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back. It's perfect for solo travelers – affordable, safe, and even has a private bathroom, which is all I need! I hope it stays this clean.

It’s good that one could enjoy a single room with a good deal of money when traveling alone but the walls of the room were very awful that there are lots of moulds here and there. Otherwise location and facility are good!

Cleaning supplies and alcohol-based hand sanitizer are available. I feel the landlord is very attentive to epidemic prevention. The room is clean. There is a shared kitchen and refrigerator. Overall it is not bad.

My stay started out disastrous because this is one of those self-check-in places which I cannot stand. The check-in codes and room information usually gets sent out while you are traveling and not in touch with wifi at all. Well, I am one of those people that refuse to buy a data plan, so I was stuck in the narrow alley outside and couldn't get in quickly. I arrived well after the time allowed to enter, but without wifi, data, or people there, it took a while to get in. I must have been very tired not to notice the self-check-in fact. I see it is very clearly stated actually. And I was very tired as well when I arrived there. However, the room was neat and comfortable, with wifi and everything else. I had made a two-night booking, and enjoyed my stay very much! After that rickety start. I can recommend this place to people with data plans, which is probably everyone.
