Pros: friendly staff, plenty of toiletries provided for stay, proximity of attractions
Cons: unkept room, mold, questionable bedsheets, drainage issues
The setup of the bathroom was very odd. The tub drained straight into a separate drain on the floor. Leaving the entire bathroom flooded while the tub drained out. There were rust, mildew, and mold everywhere. This place was once a very nice and decorated establishment, however the upkeep of the facilities is poor.
Friendly staff, hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, face team, water, toothbrush, and other toiletries.

The room is very bad, don't stay here, except for the great location, there is really no other advantages. I brought a disposable bathtub cover, and I brought all the four-piece bedding sets myself, which avoided a lot of hygiene problems. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and I booked a double bed room, which is also the configuration of a domestic standard room from the picture, but it is actually a very shabby king-size bed room... The bathroom has no exhaust system, and the room window can only be opened a crack. Anyway, I suggest you think twice if you want to stay here. By the way, there is no place in the room suitable for makeup, it is all dead light, and there is no light at the mirror... It is not a hotel at all like the picture.

Please think twice before booking. The location is awesome - easily accessible from 2 subway stations, just a stone throw from Insadong and Ikseon-dong. BUT the room's cleanliness is way off . It felt dingy as well. There were holes in the ceiling where lights were supposed to be, there was a super old computer monitor, CPU And keyboard - all covered in thick dust. The bathroom had no ventilation (thank god no mold that i saw). The built in hairdryer looked like i might get dust itch and rashes if i used it - so i asked for a new one from the reception. She was very kind to pass me one. I asked for a change in rooms but they were fully booked and she told me the other rooms will be the same ...

The room is a 2-star hotel, a family workshop. The price is normal on weekdays. The price on weekdays is 300, but on May 4-5, the price was 1800 a day. It was very strange. At first, I didn't read some information clearly when placing the order, so I contacted the hotel staff to cancel within 2 minutes after placing the order. It was rejected. The service level of the front desk staff was also very low. They couldn't explain the route to the airport clearly. At that time, I asked Ctrip to contact me about the cancellation, but was rejected three times by the hotel staff.
