Good place to stay very near to the train station. The place feels a bit like a student accomodation, but that's fine. It's next to the railway, but it wasn't noisy. The bed is comfortable, the room overall okay. Some mold in the bathroom. Nice common area with laundry options. Staff is friendly. The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and convenience stores, also a small supermarket. Travel time to the city center is convenient.

Location is perfect, Cleanliness and service is OK, but the hotel facilities are poor, too small room and bathroom.

This is my second stay here, and I chose it again because it's so close to the station and incredibly clean. I used to live in Hoegi during my study abroad, so I'm familiar with the area, and I've been staying here every time I visit Korea recently.

The location is excellent. It's just a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hoegi Station, which was very convenient for attending a concert at Kyung Hee University. Before check-in, the owner sent an email with the room number and password, so I could just let myself in upon arrival, which was super convenient.

The host is exceptionally helpful even with language barriers. he tried very hard to be very accommodating and even told us about some recommendations around the area.
the place is very close to the station and very easy to find. There are many bus stops around the area that has buses to go to the downtown area. The area is close to the university area so a lot of places closes late.

The room isn't very big, but the cleanliness is okay. It's just a bit inconvenient having to take the elevator.

This hotel is great for experienced female travelers looking to save money, but I wouldn't recommend it for those less familiar with travel.
The location is excellent – it's behind the station, making it easy to get to Dongdaemun and Seongsu, and there's a convenience store nearby. Very convenient!
However, the toilet and shower are in the same room, which might be stressful for some who aren't used to it.
While the rooms themselves require a passcode, the building itself isn't locked, meaning anyone can access the area outside the rooms. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travelers.

A very nice hotel. Clean, plenty of room for two. The bed was large and comfortable. Shower, toiletries, and toilet. Everything was great. There's a comfortable lounge area on the ground floor. There's always running water, hot water, and washing machines and dryers. We left two Russian chocolate bars at reception; thank you very much for the hotel)
