As per all previous reviews from 2024, the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. As we arrived pretty late in the evening close to dinner with children(during the Chusrok holidays), we took the room and opened the windows over 3 days whenever we are in the room to make it a little more bearable.
It was very dusty, and even the W.C exhaust fan was noisy from the accumulation of dust. My spouse had to help them remove the air-conditioning unit filter to wash it for the sake of the kids.

The room was smelly, staff was being rude and forgetful even when I spoke with him in local language. Location is good but don't think I'd return here...

This is more or less of a motel than a hotel. Came back here for the location but otherwise won't recommend.

This was my first time staying in this area, but it was close to the station and the staff were very friendly.

Overall, there was too much dust, it wasn't cleaned at all, and most of all, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. However, the infrastructure is good, from nearby restaurants to entertainment, and it's close to major tourist attractions and places to visit, so it's good.

My 3rd time staying in Amourex! Will definitely be back again as my kid and husband love it!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and smelled of smoke. After viewing three different rooms with no better options, I decided to leave. The hotel doesn’t offer refunds, so I ended up leaving without a room or a refund. I do not recommend this place, the pictures online do not show what it is like at all.

The facilities are very different from the photos, and the cleanliness is very poor, with hair and dust on the floor; Perhaps because it was the peak season, the prices were expensive and I felt like I was blinded.

Very nice and clean house. In the old town near Dongdaemun, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs☕️
It is especially recommended to stay with children. The room is large and has a bathtub
There is a refrigerator and a computer on the table, which is very good.
The front desk answered all questions and gave sugar and coffee☕️.
