Check-in convenience: Check-in was quite fast, as it's close to Sinchon subway station. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived at 2 PM.
Facilities: The facilities are decent. The room was small, quite miniature, but very warm. In the bathroom, for a room for two, there was only one toothbrush cup. Also, there was no shower curtain next to the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided, but the slippers were not disposable, so we brought our own. On the first floor, there's a self-service area with a fridge and microwave, which is handy for heating up food purchased for breakfast.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. There were two very small stains on the duvet cover, like ink drops from a pen. They didn't really affect my sleep, so I just dealt with it.
Overall, it was okay. It feels more like a small inn, but its strong point is the location, being close to the subway and having convenient supermarkets nearby.

The hostel very cozy, all staffs are friendly the room is clean, but one things is under the bed they dont clean so a lot of dust, i think must be improve that. Near Olens, Oliveyoung. But if you carry on luggages that a little bit hard because the slope high

The location is super convenient, really close to the Hongdae shopping street. The guy at the front desk spoke excellent Chinese and was incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting us with getting a taxi.

Every time I come to Seoul, I stay here. It's conveniently located very close to Hongdae, with plenty of CU and Olive Young stores nearby. If I ever need anything, I can just pop into Daiso. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The room was a bit small but clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, so communication was easy. They offer luggage storage, and the elevator access is very convenient. The hotel was also easy to find, about a five to six-minute walk from the subway station.

The location is very convenient, close to many places. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it even had floor heating, which made it extra cozy. Overall, a great experience!

First time staying at Xiaohan, and it's really great! The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and it's close to the subway station. You can also store your luggage here. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel is in a great location with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants etc around and offers reasonable prices. I would rate the cleanliness 3 out of 5. There’s a nice outdoor area at the front of the hotel that’s perfect for smokers or for enjoying a few beers. For a low-cost, budget-friendly option, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
