Lct Residence in Busan

There were stains on the floor in several spots. I know that the water park requires app reservations, but when I asked how to use it, they said they didn't know because it was a different company. I guess that might be a reasonable answer, but on the other hand, it would be nice if they were aware of the ticket details. I was also quite surprised that parking wasn't available when using the water park after check-out. The view was amazing though, and I'll probably frequent LCT whenever I go to Busan.

The views here are absolutely insane! From the living room, you can see Haeundae and Gwangalli, and from the back room, you get city views. Being able to enjoy both the ocean and the city was incredibly satisfying! Honestly, instead of waiting in line at a nearby restaurant, it was way better to just grab a bunch of delicious food and eat it while enjoying the panoramic window view. Plus, the kitchen was well-equipped with pretty much everything you'd need. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. I'll definitely come back here with my friends next time we visit Busan!

First, you enter through the revolving doors, then turn right to check in at B4. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. This time, I stayed on the 89th floor, and it was surprisingly spacious! The only downside is that you can't reach customer service by phone; you can only email them with questions, and their service hours are limited, not 24/7. Right outside the building is a mall, and you can walk through it to get to the seaside. The seaside has many restaurants, an Olive Young, and The Sky100. If you order takeout at night, it's only delivered to the lobby downstairs because you need a key card to access the elevators to go upstairs. I'd definitely bring my kids here again next time!👍👍👍👍

Amazing view and excellent service, but the bedding definitely needs improvement; the sheets weren't very clean.

Perfect for a family trip!! The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for five of us. Being a residence, it was great for making simple meals. The beach view is absolutely stunning~~

The location was fantastic, with lots of tourist attractions nearby. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the staff were incredibly friendly. Once you step inside the room, you won't want to leave. I ordered delivery food and just stayed in the accommodation. The view was absolutely amazing. It's the best! It's great for families and perfect for couples too.

I was looking for a place to stay in Busan for my dad's birthday and booked this one because it caught my eye – and it was an excellent choice! The view is so refreshing and wide open, with Haeundae Beach right there, which I absolutely loved. The location is also perfect; it's easy to get to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The place is spacious, great for several people, and it feels just like home with all the amenities provided. We literally only needed to bring our toothbrushes and toothpaste. We brought our 7-month-old baby, and they had a bathtub, bed rail, high chair, bottle sterilizer, and even baby amenities, which made our stay so convenient.

If I visit again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Highly recommend it for a family stay!

I went with my mother, grandmother, and grandfather. Although the standard capacity is 6 people, there were only 4 of us, and the room felt so spacious that I thought it would be perfect for 6 people next time. We were assigned a room on the 52nd floor, which wasn't too high but offered a great view of Haeundae Beach, which I was very happy with! The biggest advantage, I think, is being able to see Haeundae from every room. The basic utensils were well organized, and the solid amenities were also a nice touch. My family prefers to relax at the hotel and enjoy nature rather than doing active sightseeing, so my mother was very satisfied as well. We're planning to stay longer next time.

This was the best accommodation with great views and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, felt like 50-60 pyeong (approx. 160-190 sqm), and had everything you could possibly need. But the best part was definitely the Haeundae view (the Mipo Port view was fantastic!). I'll be staying here every time I visit Busan. It was amazing!

I found out about LCT Residence through a friend! It's got great access to Haeundae Beach, tourist attractions, and the Beach Train. But more than anything, I chose it because I loved the luxurious facilities and interior design. From the front desk to the entrance, everyone was so kind and guided us, making check-in smooth even with the complex layout. (When I mentioned a friend would arrive late, they even guided them separately again!) Once we got to the room, I was impressed by the spacious and pleasant environment. Then I was even more impressed by the luxurious interior and thoughtful amenities, and finally, completely captivated by the wide-open ocean view! The access to Haeundae Beach is excellent for walks, so I also enjoyed a romantic evening stroll along the beach. We walked along the path, grabbed some delicious late-night snacks at Haeundae Market, and then slept soundly in the soft bedding. The next day, we had plans to take the Beach Train, and it was so close we could just walk there. Thank you for making our winter trip with friends even more wonderful!~~~^^
