Marianne Hotel in Busan

The toilet paper holder was broken, which made it inconvenient to use. The power outlet would have been better placed between the beds.

This is a 3* hotel. BUT it’s probably worth a couple of stars. There was an unpleasant odor in non-smoking room #1002. I had to open the window and air out the room for about 3 hours. Cleaning was poor. There was hair on the floor in the room, and lots of hair on the bathroom floor. The bathtub was very dirty, with yellow and gray stains. There wasn’t even hand soap. Only a bodywash gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. No tooth brushes and toothpaste. The towels were stained, not white it’s gray…and not freash. There were stains on the bed linens.
The hotel management should improve the cleanliness of the rooms, change the laundry facilities for washing bed linens, and it’s important to buy new towels.
Location is only one advantage of this hotel.
The most guests were foreigners. One evening, an empty sneaker box was in the elevator… Locals should think twice before booking this hotel.
