Elba San Jorge & Antigua - Antigua in Caleta de Fuste

Fantastic hotel it's a little dated but it's clean the staff are so friendly and can't help you enough the location is great the food is fantastic everything you need I will I will be definitely booking again this year with family and they are great with kids our friend had to hire a mobility scooter which was very reasonable and the place is very accessible if you have disabilities as well can't recommend it enough

Just a short distance from the airport, this fabulous hotel has an unrivalled position right next to the ocean - the small supplement for a sea view room is well worth it! The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom has a shower over a bath - lashings of hot water! We had a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean - just idyllic. The food is varied and plentiful. The staff throughout the hotel demonstrate excellent customer service skills with warm welcomes and attention to detail. The Animacion team work tirelessly to entertain both adults and children- their endless energy and enthusiasm is infectious. The evening entertainment is varied- maybe not to everyone’s taste but the mini disco for the children is a lot of fun. The evening entertainment concludes at 22:30 so if you want more, there are bars close by. I would love to return here in the future.

We stayed at the Elba Castillo San Jorge on the San Jorge side, in room 1308 on the third floor overlooking the quiet pool. It was a lovely double room with a walk-in shower, small fridge, and tea and coffee facilities — directly above a room we’d stayed in previously.Having visited regularly since COVID, we thought we knew exactly what to expect — well-used rooms and familiar surroundings — but we were pleasantly surprised by the positive changes. The new entertainment team was engaging and full of energy, and we especially looked forward to the morning team dance by the seafront pool. In the past, we’d had trouble finding available sunbeds, but during our two-week stay this time, it was never an issue. The food was as good as always with themed nights and in a two week stay we only ate out once in resort and with some nice additions since our last visit in June — such as fruit dispensers available at breakfast, lunch, and in the snack bar. The grounds, gardens, and pool areas were well maintained and spotless. The expanded aviary in the inner courtyard, now home to even more budgies and canaries, was a lovely focal point that added to the hotel’s charm. We were greeted very warmly by staff and it was lovely and we felt very welcomed. Our room was adequate - it's a well used hotel so slightly showing its age but was cleaned and reset daily so we were not bothered by this. As it was a birthday stay we were gifted a bottle of fizz which we enjoyed on our balcony watching the sun set. We have trips booked for 2026 and will return next month to celebrate our 35th Wedding anniversary in a hotel that makes us feel welcome.

Another great experience at our favourite hotel. Been visiting many times over many years and are always amazed at how all staff go out of their way to ensure each visit exceeds the last one. From reception to maintenance staff you are treated as friends rather than guests. Service in the restaurant and Bar is 5 star. Food is varied and plentiful. They will cater for special diets, just let them know. If you need to refresh tea or coffee, they are available, at breakfast. Hotel is always busy, especially with return visitors, but renovations are always being undertaken. All staff are worth a mention but wuld be unfair to pick out individuals as each and every member, of each team, go out of their way to ensure your holiday is memorable. Looking forward to our next visit in January and wish all staff "Feliz Navidad y próspero año nuevo"

Comfortable hotel, we were only staying one night before the airport, 2-hour wait for check-in at the hotel, there were only 2 receptionists! They were friendly nonetheless!

I went here with my mum for 4 nights expecting cheap and cheerful but it wasn’t that and we loved it. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. You won’t go hungry! Snacks available when the restaurant is closed and drinks all day until late. This place is great for couples or families as the entertainment team have lots to keep everyone busy. Pepe the mascot was also a favourite. Location was brilliant right on the front. The rocks house lots of chipmunks and I actually sat and got them sitting on my lap. Hotel is also disabled friendly with ramps and lifts and you can hire mobility scooters. The only slight downside to the resort is no aircon in the rooms but you can hire a fan for a couple of euros per day which helps and it’s a windy island so nice breeze when windows open. It was particularly hot for the time of year we went as there was a heatwave and daytime reached around 34. The island is a lovely place to visit, nice beach and harbour about a 10-15 minute walk away. Nice little shops and bars. Plenty of places to eat if you prefer to eat out. We will certainly be going back!

The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.
