The mattresses were terribly bad, we sank into them. Food was overall ok but not a single decent piece of meat, not even a chicken was edible. Chewy and yuk. Prawns were good, deserts were good. Our week at the hotel was really nice. Of course because of the weather, but mostly because of the staff. Particularly the 2 men at the snackbar by the pool. Ultimately, his focus is on preserving his equipment and selling courses to the guests. Works well if you just need a bed. The rooms are dated and the food is bad. The curtains in the sleeping room are translucent. Therefore it is impossible to sleep until the floodlights of the tennis court (which directly are pointed at the sleeping room window) get turned of. This usually happens between 10 and 11 pm. Beds are comfortable though and the staff is nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. This is a great location with fabulous views. Although, it wasn't the best for swimming in the sea - due to rocks, tide times, wind and waves. Great for surfers though! The staff are excellent as are the facilities, cleanliness, comfort. It's quite a long walk into town but there is a small supermarket nearby. I had a great view of Lobos Island from my room. I definitely got what I wanted...

What a wonderful hotel and a beautiful setting, the staff were incredibly friendly and the food exceptional. We did not need to visit any other restaurants as the buffet breakfast and evening meal had more than enough to choose from. Such a choice and so well presented. The hotel itself was kept immaculately clean at all times and everyone was very welcoming.

The hotel is ideally located, in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, close to the fine sand beaches and the resort is lively. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, but the quality of cleaning differs depending on who does it. Me and my husband arrived in the evening we checked in in the hotel; amazing, while there was a show in the bar ( faro). We chilled in the evening and we meet the animator ayman from animation team: made our holiday amazing also his personality was just top energy. We didn’t really like the food so we were eating outside and drinking at the hotel.

We have just returned from 7 nights all inclusive at this hotel. We traveled as a family with 2 young children ages 4 and 6.
