H10 Ocean Suites in Corralejo

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were really great and welcoming. All the staff work extra hard to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities and hotel room were really clean and tidy. The food was amazing and nothing ever run out. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We are booking again for next year.

Lovely hotel beautiful rooms pool area is calm and chilled but no music just the birds which i quite enjoyed - pool is cold so if youre brave go for it - easy access to all shops and beach had a lovely week

Our room overlooking pool area was bright and kept spotlessly clean with shower gels etc. Tea and coffee provided daily. Bed lge and comfy. Two pools and surrounding areas maintained and attractive. Garden areas neat and tidy everywhere spotlessly clean. All the staff worked hard and very friendly. Nice to see the suited managers helping to clear tables in the dining room not just supervising. All bar areas good with excellent entertainment. Hotel short walk to bars.,shops and beach. Very happy with our stay could not find one fault with this hotel will defiantly be back

Overall nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Especially Alessandro at the reception. The breakfast have a great variety of food. The room we had, I know that there are different sizes, was very small for a 4 star, barely fitted their own furniture. In the toilet there was some paint flaking off the sealing and it wasn’t the cleanest. There was dust on the coffee machine and generally on the edges. Light switch, frame and so on. I would go back but definitely I would ask for one of the bigger rooms.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time after 10 years, and I enjoyed it a lot. Staff members at the reception were all very friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. I’ve got a pool view suite with a lovely view. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very modern and practical too. I paid for half board. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious with great variety. Restaurant staff were all very friendly and professional. Overall, the hotel set a very high bar in both services and facilities.

We stayed here for three weeks and were very reluctant to leave. Starting at check in, I had not told the hotel of my partner’s breathing problems and we were allocated top floor with no lift, absolutely no problem, we were then allocated ground floor easy access, lovely views of the pool (we had booked pool view). The rooms are large, perhaps a little dated but very comfortable and clean with a private patio with chairs and table. The room had two single bed pushed together as requested and a kettle and coffee machine with pods that were replenished daily when house keeping came to clean the room. Now for the food, beware, I put 5 pounds on in the three weeks, the food is very good indeed, we had half board and never had an evening meal out in the 21 days we were there, and we love dining out, so beware of your waistline if you’re there for any length of time. We have now booked another H10 hotel in Tenerife in the hope that the amazing staff and quality are across the brand.

Well twice I’ve stayed here now and place just gets better! Two beautiful swimming pools, rooms are nice and big, everything about the place scores highly. But, what makes this hotel tick and so enjoyable to be in are its staff, they work so incredibly hard all day long to make sure its guests have the most enjoyable experience ever and so far they achieved that to such a high standard. Well done H10 you have a jewel in the Ocean Suites and I will be coming back again ❤️❤️

Great hotel low rise, spacious rooms i selected pool view well worth small extra toiletries all there and good. Large fridge i put large aqua in to chill. Pool towels provided. Was bed and dinner great variety and really enjoyed the local dishes. Hindsight rather than glass wine buy a bottle. Pool excellent. Weather sun every day except one down pour. Mama mia was great. Shops, chemist, supermarkets just down the road. Would I recommend yes booked for next February. Staff fabby

Arrived as a family (2 x adults + 16yo boy and 15yo girl) for October Half Term. Every member of staff we dealt with was amazing. The layout of the hotel was superb and we had two rooms overlooking the ‘quiet’ pool. This suited us and we were pleasantly surprised to get housekeeping service every day. Boys in one room, girls in another and it worked fine. Each room has twin beds, a fridge, plenty of sockets and an excellent bathroom. The TV had Paramount showing English shows and a BBC news channel too, everything else is foreign. Eurosport is there too so we treated ourselves sometimes to watching snooker with German commentary. We were half board and you get a wrist band with a chip in it which opens your door and allows all drinks and food consumed on site to be charged to the room. Also in the room is a Safety Deposit Box which was 12 euros charged to the room which is well worth it. We went half board as we liked exploring and we exchanged our evening meal for lunch each day so we went out for evening meals in different restaurants around Corralejo every night. Swimming, tennis and an outdoor gym are all easily accessible and the ‘louder’ pool tended to have more younger kids and families so we welcomed being in the quieter side. We still took inflatables into the pool and threw a ball around as long as we didn’t disturb people, this was deemed fine. The pool is cold when you first get in but you soon get used to it!! Levels of cleanliness and attention to details for the rooms and the outside and communal areas is excellent. For the meals, there was a good selection even though we only had breakfast and lunch although we were disappointed by the Gluten Free offer and the knowledge of some catering staff. One waitress told us everything was Gluten Free (it clearly wasn’t), but my wife was provided with gluten free chips upon request each lunch time. If they labelled all the food in regard what was Gluten Free and what wasn’t, it would be much easier!! Excellent location, the water park is a 10 minute walk away and although closing soon for the winter, well worth a visit. The main strip is excellent and the walk down to music square of an evening took about 20 mins at a slow meandering pace. The efforts to celebrate Halloween in the hotel were superb and we were all made to ‘jump’ in the hotel ‘Tunnel of Terror’. We then walked into town and the level of Halloween celebration was amazing. So lucky to have been here for Halloween!! Temperatures ranged from 25-29 all week and the evenings were still about 20 with no need for anything but t-shirt and shorts. An amazing resort, an amzing hotel, for our first holiday abroad as a family, this is going to take some beating!! Well done H10 Ocean Suites, just brush up on your Gluten Free food provision and you would have cracked it.
