Had a good trip apartments were good but could do with brown doors an frames getting white gloss to make them a bit fresher an not so outdated but other than that u get what u pay for

Was really torn between giving this a 3 or a 4. It has so many good qualities, in particular the staff !!, but it is let down by some of the really date accommodation - initially was in block H and thankfully was moved by the brilliant reception staff to an improved G block. That said, it could still do with a little tender loving care - starting with the furniture in living room. Great bathroom and Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Pool area is big and plenty of Sunbeds

Great location close to beach and local amenities. Only 5 mins in cab away from busy *****. Apartments basic but clean and staff friendly.

My second visit here, this time with friends. As before, furniture dated but practical and very clean, Lovely and peaceful location affording good sleep and rest. The main ***** is a 10-15 minute walk and the airport very close, 10 minutes by bus/car. A Spar shop is located literally next door as are a few restaurants. You have to pay for wi-fi apartment from the reception area where it is free. The staff all remain friendly and helpful. The only downside this time was the food was slightly undercooked a few evenings, especially chicken one evening which saw many guest leave it almost untouched as it was slightly pink inside. This was a bit concerning as it happened on two occasions. I did point it out to one of the staff. The rest of the time it was fine and enjoyable, with a reasonable selection.

Rooms where dated and scruffy with electrical sockets loose and broken,staff not very helpful or polite,location was quite a distance to get to main strip,taxis were few and far between and very unreliable,buses were good,restaurant and food was very good

We stayed here for Christmas in December 2025, short ride from the airport, right on the beach. Our hotel reception man Antony was extremely friendly, helpful,and spoke English, German, Italian and Spanish obviously, he was fantastic. There was two men on reception both were great,but we mostly dealt with Antony. the staff are so friendly and helpful, The rooms are lovely and clean, Sea views from almost all the rooms, we had breakfast and dinner included, food was great, the only thing I didn't like was there was only bacon every second day, apart from that I would highly recommend the Costa Mar aparthotel. Also, there is a large spar shop beside the hotel, and a pharmacy, we will be back..

Location is close to airport typically 15-20€ by taxi.But bus is cheaper and Bus to Puerto Del Carmen 1.50€, Arrecife2.50€,Playa Blanca 2.75€. Good bus service and App available to help You plan your journey. Rooms adequate, but can be cold . Free Wifi at reception only.WiFi in rooms must be purchased for around 6€ a day. Lacking Athmosphere andNo Entertainment,Nice pool. Staff amazing especially at reception and in dining room, always smiling,chatty, courteous , Household staff very efficient. Owners take note, Food bland,choice poor if you are a fussy eater and could be warmer ,especially as it is Self Service . You wont go hungry but you might be bored with the choices at breakfast and dinner. Overall Staff Amazing, location ok, pricing High, Rooms Adequate , Athmosphere lacking.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating,particularly at reception. Great location,close to the beach,a short walk to bars and restaurants or a 5 euro taxi ride to the main ***** in Puerto Del Carmen. And it was very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

We came here in March loved it,going again tomorrow 10th December then back again march.our room was basic,it had all you need.maids were great, location great,food ok,staff nice,can't wait for 2moz 🤗

Part of a company of four. Drink order 3 beers and a red wine. Brought white wibe in error. Ordered 4 meals got that wrong also the time the correct dinner was served other meals were finished. Shocking service from the Senior waiter. However the meals were most satisfactory as was the junior service staff.

Nice restaurant on the front with a good range of food. The chicken I had was tasty and well cooked, with (I assume) local vegetables and chips. The only downside was that the service was a little slow but there was only one waiter working and luckily we weren't in a hurry, I imagine at peak times there are more staff
