We loved the heated pool, the food and the location.

The staff were polite and very helpful. The room aas spacious comfortable and clean. The amenities were all good with plenty going on and a variety of foods and beverages available. We will definitely return

The mattresses were terribly bad, we sank into them. Food was overall ok but not a single decent piece of meat, not even a chicken was edible. Chewy and yuk. Prawns were good, deserts were good. Stayed here for a week September 2025. Firstly it's not a 4 star hotel. 3 or 3+ at best. What could be 4* is if you upgrade to Royal level which costs 30€ pppd. The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather.

Our week at the hotel was really nice. Of course because of the weather, but mostly because of the staff. Particularly the 2 men at the snackbar by the pool. The one that cooks everything at the snackbar is Mamadou, he greets you every day with a smile and is very kind. I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was also so lovely everyday. The sound isolation was super bad and I could even hear the click sound of next door playing Duolingo. It was also easy to hear them talk although their voice wasn’t high. We are coming since several years and unfortunately they quality of the food is going down every year. This year, for our entire stay the machine for fresh orange juice was out of order, during main season. Instead the staff had the mix boxed juice with fresh smoothies... This can be done better.

The Robinson Club is nice, but unfortunately, the watersports offerings have deteriorated. The head of the base is unfriendly and lazy. Ultimately, his focus is on preserving his equipment and selling courses to the guests. The Club Aldiana in Fuerteventure is very secluded resort that is far away from any city or town. However the all inclusive fare and the amenities they offer might make up for being so secluded. The hotel is excellent - don’t hesitate to book for a relaxing break. Breakfast and dinner was brilliant - lots of variety. Beautifully presented. Evening turn down service was an added bonus - loved the little choccies and clean towels every day. Staff work very hard to keep this hotel beautiful and look after guests so they can relax fully. We are currently staying at Hotel LIVVO Jandía Golf and have been here for 10 days so far as a family, with a few days still to go.
