The apartment we were allocated was great, ground floor and sun on balcony almost all day . As previously stated the apartment was dated but clean and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge. The situation was very central and the road was well lit at night when we came back in the dark after a fun night out. The staff on reception are fantastic, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, one example the TV didn't have many channels in English and when I asked if they could advise me how to convert it to English they sent a lovely man around to do it for me within five minutes of me asking . I am looking forward to returning to Fuentepark in the near future.

We have been staying at fuentepark for 15 years now and it feels like our second home, we always celebrate Martyn's birthday there, unfortunately this year we were let down by the weather, but we still had a lovely stay, got a lovely room behind reception, which usually gets the sun all day! The rooms are clean and functional and have everything we need. The location is first class, 1 minute to the main street with all the shops, bars and restaurants, if you cross the main street it's two minutes to the beach, but even though it's so close to everything, it's so peaceful. Didn't get much chance to use the pool area this time, but did manage a few drinks in the pool bar, it's a lovely bar, the staff are friendly and it's got a nice atmosphere, especially during happy hour. For us the highlight of fuentepark are the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff, we always stop for a chat when we pass through. We love fuentepark and are already booked to return in October.

Very clean, welcoming and friendly staff. Close to Old Town and multiple restraunts. Pool area lovely, and because the pool and sun beds are placed lower than the apartments and sheltered by them, very pleasant on windy days. Kitchen well supplied with kettle, toaster and microwave. Would certainly return! First time in Corralejo, but not our last!

Been going to Corralejo since 2007 but always All inclusive, we wanted to try Self Catering this time as we know our way around the town etc and wanted to take more advantage of the fab restaurants etc. Absolutely couldn't fault these apartments for the price that we paid, yes they are in need of a little TLC (nothing a lick of paint wouldn't fix) but were spotlessly clean and so well equipped if we had needed to use the kitchen more. Staff went above and beyond from Check In to leaving! I requested a ground floor apartment which we were given (17) and the terrace was a little sun trap all afternoon. The patio furniture was really comfortable so quite happy sitting out there on an afternoon. We had an issue with our fridge, on arrival I noticed it was very warm and didn't appear to be working, I went straight to reception and reported it. by the time we got back fromt he supermarket we had a new fridge! The location is supberb! just yards from the main ***** and once there 10mins to the left to Music Square and 10 mins to the right and you are at the water park (3 mins straight over and you hit the beach) Had some fantastic food at restaurants down by the harbour and also in music square. Great Happy Hour at Hoplaco just 5 mins from the apartments. didn't spend much time in the pool as it was so cold but the pool bar was great, really well priced and the snacks were handy as well they also have a happy hour 3 till 4pm All in all we had a great holiday just what we needed and i've already booked to come back with my daughter and mum in July!

Location is 100% good to main ***** a 2 min walk to bars, restaurants, shops,supermarkets The apartments do need modernising as bit run down, nothing a bit paint cant cure, and maybe bigger towels otherwise highly recommend

Just returned from Fuentepark, as already stated the apartments are very tired, worn and in great need of refurbishment. That said the housekeeping was good, beds and towels changed at least weekly and the apartment was cleaned inside and out at the same time. The receptionists were helpful, nothing was too much trouble and if you needed anything at all you just needed to ask them. The apartments behind reception get the all day and the nos 14-20 get afternoon sun. Plenty of utensils for self catering, large fridge freezer and there was an oven. The shower was good but did go from hot to tepid so you just needed to jump in and out, hairdryer was adequate and plenty of towels were provided. Would I stay again, yes I probably would as the location is brilliant, 2 minutes walk to the main street, plenty of shops and bars to grab a coffee or a meal and the beach could be a 5 minute walk if you just crossed over the street. A good holiday, thank you all who work at Fuentepark and hope you all have a lovey Xmas & New Year.

Just had another perfect three weeks at fuentepark we have been comming here for many years now, we love how quiet and peaceful the place is even though it’s just 2 mins walk to the high street and the beach. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The apartments have a well equipped kitchen, full oven, large fridge freezer microwave kettle and toaster. The bedroom is a good size with plenty of storage and the bathroom has a good powerful shower. There is a lovely large pool area with a pool bar . Thankyou once again fuentepark for a lovely holiday and look forward to seeing you again in February

The apartments need updating as they’re tired but they are clean, roomy and have what you need. Staff are friendly The pool area and bar are lovely and clean too. A great location in the centre of the resort which was brilliant.

Really nice hotel . Very clean. Great service. Friendly staff. Bar 11-5, pool around 10-6. perfect location. at a cross roads point. Straight over 5 min walk to beech. Left all the restaurants, right all the shops and right over the island is the water park ! . And about a 30 mins walk to pop corn beach. Defo come back. Family of 4. 2 adults 16yo + 11yo

Location is spot on, the showers are brilliant, the beds comfortable, Air-conditioning only in the living room not the bedroom, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The complex is cleaned everyday and rooms cleaned twice a week. You have to pay for use of the room safe, bath towels are so small, more the size of a hand towel. Unfortunately, the rooms are in real need of TLC and a bit of money spent on them. Broken tiles around the pool area, but please don't be put off by this as you spend such little time in your room and this didn't ruin our holiday at all. Would we return to this complex? 100% we would.
