Please don’t believe the few bad reviews ….. currently here now after returning following our stay last August. Peaceful apartments, great location clean and comfortable and the staff are great, really don’t get the people who choose one of 5he cheapest option on most of the holiday platforms which are 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ then expect 4/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ luxury. Been to several hotels over the last 15 years of holidaying on the Island and I would return here again after this visit. They do ask for a card holding if €150 euro as a damage/property waiver we paid this last summer never had any issue as it was never charged to my card. As you pay this deposit I never had to pay for kettle etc as long as you return it at checkout you don’t get charged. Last visit we had an upstairs apartment near reception which was ok, this time we have a 1 bed at the back of the complex which is lovely and quiet. Yes the furniture is a little dated but let’s be honest does this really spoil my holiday 🤔🤣 and it does exactly what it needs to. Great base for exploring and Corralejo itself please ignore the moaners if you want luxury then go to one of the many big hotel chains available and pay double or more then you can have a real moan when it still doesn’t meet your approval 🤣😎👍🏻

We have not stayed for a few years but returned three weeks ago. A warm welcome in reception and nice very clean family room where we have enjoyed a nice quiet stay. Some reviews are totally out of line and we will be returning. Towels are very nice and sheets and apartment cleaned and well equipped. Thank you team for a lovely stay.

Im at the maxorata at the moment I've been here 2 weeks I have 2 weeks more to go do not come to these apartments if you are expecting 5 star its a 3 star there is a 150 euro deposit to pay when you check in which is given back to you when you leave which covers a kettle and an iron the apartments are basic but clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable there is plenty of space in the wardrobes i asked for more coat hangers which we were given there are utensils in the cupboards in the kitchen although I would bring a tin opener and mugs as they are tea cups I am in a apartment away from the pool area which is quiet the shower is powerful and hot the hairdryer is fine if you like a powerful one then I would bring your own..towels are changed every 3rd day and beds are changed every week the cleaning staff are always cheerful and say hello and very hard working the reception are also very helpful..the pool is a good size and it is salt water the pool bar food is very nice and reasonable plenty of sunbeds in various areas they do not have a children's pool so if you are thinking of bringing children make sure they can swim also no playground.. we have been to the square very good vibe and lovely tapas and wine been to the slow boat lovely food buffet.. retro bar brilliant and a good night on Sunday as there is a comedian hilarious there are a couple of bars on the sea front that do 1.50 euro beer which are very nice the port harbour is very nice for a walk around we are going to checkout more restaurants and bars I would come back to these apartments without a doubt come see for yourself like I did.

Very basic rooms but everything you need. Lovely pool although cold still really nice and refreshing. Pool bar good value and great staff throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great check in, room was lovely and spacious. Pool was chilly but not so much so that you couldn't swim, good location and bargain price. Only thing I can complain about was wifi in the room, it was non existent so I had to keep popping to the pool to use the wifi.

I love this place this was my 3rd time and I have just booked for next year. They are no frills apartments but with everything you need. They are clean, comfortable beds and the staff are wonderful. The cleaners are friendly and do a wonderful job keeping the apartment clean. The reception staff are very helpful and speak excellent English and are always cheerful, I wouldn't go anywhere else now

First time for us to this island. Firstly ignore all the moans and groans. Coming from UK we are hardly ones to moan Budget hotel, budget food and budget prices. We were well pleased with The Maxorata. Staying in November with the weather so hot is all you can ask for. We were one row behind the pool. Up the stairs and into our apartment. Really pleased with it all. Crispy bed sheets. Very clean. Maids are about every single day. Clean towels. Bath and shower overhead Clean pool area (it is cold) but who cares? Small cafe and bar area by the pool. Staff are super polite. The location is the best, next to the bars, restaurants and main *****. You do need to pay €150 either cash or CREDIT card only. I’m guessing they may have had damage caused in the past? Great balcony with the sun all day long Kitchen area with huge fridge/freezer. Seperate lounge area We bought our own fan and kettle Didn’t use the tv, hardly in here Free WiFi and quite strong signal My advice, get a taxi from the airport The wait for the coaches with TUI is just ridiculous. We would defo return! No sun bed wars either
