The staff is exceptional! We felt very welcomed here!

Room was spotless, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, facilities were amazing. Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. They did however setup the day after and provide witha free bottle of bubbly. Would definitely reccommend

Beautiful hotel - the layout was huge with large amounts of greenery and lovely plants everywhere.

Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. The maids were great could not fault them. Food was very nice. Drinks are very expensive and entertainment was ok. The experience that you get is that the place is inside botanical garden. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The pool is quiet and very well manned by life guards and constant service people checking areas. I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel. Good location near to beech. Clean hotel and room plenty of sun beds and you carnt reserve them good idea. The food is tastlest and not warm enough plenty of chose though. My wife gave a review during our first week, we received bad service in the restaurants that week. Staff good , rooms need updating, food very good with a good choice, entertainment average. Hotel is very isolated and hard to get around especially as the road to mogan is closed.

Perfect place to go if you want to relax and stay at the hotel great 2 pools self service drinks and plenty of sun but if you want a trip with exploring and many things to do I wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely a relax and do nothing other than swim drink and eat type of place which is exactly what I wanted.

We've stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions and have never been disapointed. It is in a superb position with step access directly into the refreshing Atlantic Oceon.
