Good breakfast, close to the port.
Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad.
They did however setup the day after and provide witha free bottle of bubbly.

We had the most incredible week at Cordial Mogan Playa Hotel, in Puerto De Mogan celebrating our wedding with our family and friends. Every single guest loved it so much they’re already talking about coming back! From the delicious food, hotel grounds and super attentive staff our whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Maria and her amazing team for all the care, attention, and thoughtful arrangements that made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Maria went above and beyond in every way — she even organised the chapel flowers with a local florist to perfectly match my bouquet and the whole wedding vibe.
We also want to give a special mention to Tenesoya, who performed such a beautiful ceremony that we’ll remember forever. And an extra special thank you to Maria for kindly lending my brother her husband’s guitar so he could play during the ceremony — such a personal and touching gesture.
Our stay in the honeymoon suite was faultless — from the thoughtful gifts to the creative (and very fun!) towel arrangements. Everything was perfect.
The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and we always felt well looked after.
The hot tub in the honeymoon suite was such a luxury!
We loved every moment of our time at Cordial Playa and can’t wait to return for our first wedding anniversary. Thank you again for making our wedding week so magical! 💕
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the half-board option. The town has many good options for dining, just not at this hotel. Staying here currently, tonight's dinner was a disaster. If you like prepackaged pizzas or cakes from a factory, then maybe you'll be alright. Some nights are okay, but not great. It is not possible to order coffee with your dessert after dinner. The fruits are rotten, and the plates are dirty. I can't count how many I sorted out before getting a clean one. The picture will show how big lines quickly form for the food station. It reminds me of a medical facility dinner buffet. Many elderly guests are particularly enjoying it here; most of them are from the UK.
The complex just seems a little tired and they seem to struggle to keep it all maintained. Bathroom in our superior room was lovely and seemed recently updated. Sadly not enough switches around the place and ironing shorts was a real challenge so I'd recommend bringing your own steamer for ease.
The mini club is great and the kids really enjoyed the activities. The family activities in the main pool are also very engaging and well run.
Overall would recommend. The hotel needs to try and upgrade the rest of the room and bring more into the future. Once done, this place will be amazing!
