TUI BLUE Suite Princess - Adults Only in Taurito

Just had a wonderful week at this hotel.we came away for a quiet break and that's what we had.it was our choice not to join in any activities and no-one bothered us but plenty going on. Rooms and sea views were lovely and the whole hotel spotlessly clean.excellent choice of food and drink.staff also excellent. Can't tell you much about outside the hotel because we didn't go.also not once during the week had to look for sunbeds .we would return in a flash

The great, good and not so good. The hotel is in a lovely cliff edge spot on the beach so you can hear the waves crash against the shoreline. Absolutely stunning. The staff are mainly pleasant - big shout out to Roman and Paola in the bar and Maria the events manager. Our room was large with a comfy bed and lots of hot water for a decent shower. Some of the entertainment was not my thing (I’m about 30 years too young) but the older clients seemed to appreciate the piano bar. Some of the evenings singers were also excellent. I very much enjoyed the lady singing Abba at the reception for ‘The night’. The food was plentiful and well cooked. We just found it a bit boring (compared to other Tui Blue hotels that we have stayed in). Lunch was the worst. Previously there have been a little cafes/restaurants for lunch where you chose à la carte. Lunch here was just a limited selection of your traditional buffet. Again I think we struggled as we were a lot younger than the rest of the clientele. It’s a nice resort, but not quite the Tui Blue standard we expected.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights all inclusive .On arrival the reception area was very impressive, large ,clean ,and welcoming. It took no time at all to be checked in and on our way to our room.We had a deluxe room which was very nice,plenty of room a massive bed,large balcony with chairs,table and sunbeds.The bathroom had a large walk in shower with a waterfall shower and a hand held shower head.There was also a toilet,sink,hair dryer ,very large mirror,shaving mirror,towels,( which could be changed as many times as required),and some toiletries,( not all the toiletries you would need ,so please pack your own ). In the room there was a wardrobe with about 10 hangers and shelves in the other side which also housed the safe.The safe is the digital type which allows you to create your own pass code.There is also a kettle with some sachets of coffee,a bottle of water on arrival,and also a bottle of white wine. 2 empty plastic bottles are provided so that you can use them to fill up with water from various areas of the hotel,the only downside to this is that there are no water stations on the room levels,we only saw them in the bars / restaurants, but the concept is very good and environmentally friendly. The air con in the room worked really well,and there were 5 English t.v channels available,being,BBC 1,BBC.2,ITV,channel 4 ,and channel 5. The breakfast and evening meals were served in the large restaurant downstairs on level 0.They are buffet style meals,which are generally OK.We did find them to be a bit of a mish mash some nights where things didn't seem to go together,but there is a large selection. You are allowed 1 free visit to the culinarium restaurant per stay ,which is A La Carte.Its nice enough but nothing to shout about,and some of the staff in there don't seem to have quite the right etiquette. I didn't really like the red wine that was all inclusive, it was on the acidic/ vinegary side,and I like a full bodied red,so I ordered one ,which was not cheap,they started at around £40 a bottle. When you order a main course be aware you will get exactly what it says on the menu,I ordered salmon,and that's what I got,no vegetables or potatoes just the salmon sitting on spinach.We would not have paid to go in there but as it was included thought we would give it a go. The 2 pools were clean,although the deep one ,around 7 feet,doesn't get warm ,but once you are in for a few minutes it's OK,it's just the initial shock ! Pool side bar is handy ( 10AM - 6PM ) and also the piano bar is open all day,(10AM -11PM).The evening bar stays open until midnight There is a hairdressing salon on site ,which my wife used and was very pleased with ( thank you Benny ),a clothing boutique, again which my wife used...twice! and also a mini mart,where you can buy a variety of items. Given that most of the guests were in their senior years the hotel is well thought out with plenty of lifts and plenty of seats in the hallway and corridors to stop ,sit ,and catch y

It was 12 days of bliss. Great staff great food . The room was amazing and big. We always go junior deluxe and it’s worth it. We had a sea view watching the sun go down from our balcony was amazing. We will be back.

My wife gave a review during our first week, we received bad service in the restaurants that week. We are now coming to the end of our second week, since our complaint the service has really improved, noticeably more staff in the restaurants, service is good, staff are friendly - what a difference from last week to this week!!! Perhaps they had staffing issues the first week‍♂️ We may return again, we like the location, rooms are spacious with a big balcony and great views. Evening entertainment caterers for the older clients, but it's good fun and the acts have been good. There is one al a carte restaurant, unfortunately you only get one free visit there during your stay, whether your stay is for one week or two weeks, this seems a bit unfair!! Majority of hotels offer one visit per week. Food has been good during our stay, however, the lunch buffet food area is too small for the number of clients, with not a great choice of food. Thanks to the hotel for taking our complaint on board, however, my wife was told she would receive a follow up, but we haven't heard from the management, no one has spoken to us since the complaint. Bad customer service from reception and management.

Lovely hotel, nice big rooms, a little tired here and there but nothing bad, breakfast and lunch very nice evening meals hit n miss but not bad, lots of entertainment again not great but kept us amused. Lovely location with stunning views, not alot going on around which is perfect for us nice and quiet. All in all a niced chilled week by the sea I would definitly like to repeat.

Pro: - Nice staff, shout out to the Irish girl on the nighttime entertainment. - Big rooms - À la carte was great. - Shower room on check out date To improve: - More umbrellas for sun loungers. - Breakfast was terrible. - The all-inclusive package, where everything is extra, felt a bit like a letdown. I asked to upgrade to ultra after one day and was told no. Asked for simoff  part of standard inclusive was given cheaper every time the staff they did not have simoff  - Some parts of the hotel and area around the hotel need a lick of paint and TLC. The Micheal Jackson tribute However, apart from these bad points, we had a great time and can’t fault the rest of the hotel if you book the ultra package and get a garden room Wish we did .

A lovely hotel with friendly and accommodating staff who couldn't do enough for us. There were 14 ladies in our group who were there to celebrate my sister's and niece's birthdays. The staff gave us the same table every day to allow us all to be together. They allowed us access to the dining room before opening to decorate our table on the Saturday for our birthday celebrations. My first time there but my sister has been 3times and couldn't recommend it enough. Maybe the rooms we stayed 8012 was mine. could do with an update as not as nice as my cousins room on the ,9th floor.
