Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The pool is quiet and very well manned by life guards and constant service people checking areas. We had a great 4 day break at this hotel and loved the elevated views overlooking the bay. Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any ******* upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Could do better The second time we have stayed at Riosol and the room this time was not as good as the first time there was a strong smell of fresh paint in the room along with stains on the bed frame also they do not provide tea or coffee but there is a kettle and coffee machine in the room

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. We love the location and the stunning ocean view. The sun comes out in the morning and shines all day. The heated pool is wonderful. The staff is friendly. They answer all our questions, offer a welcome gift for repeat guests, and upgraded us to a better room.

We were not happy with some aspects of this hotel. The television was reported 3 times as faulty, finally on the last day it worked! Staff are lovely, but the cleaning was very poor indeed. The only problem was you could not get your towels dry even after putting them on the bush to dry which to be honest looked a little unsightly. Stay in the El Greco every year it is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The apartments are spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The pool is amazing. The only problem is leaving. Can't wait to go back again next year.

Absolutely stunning view from the balcony of this room! Very close to the airport and easily accessible by bus, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The only downside was that the apartment room felt a bit outdated.

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

As always a great stay. Nice staff, good breakfast and nice apartment. Only thing this year was the elevator didn’t work during our stay (1 week) not okay, and when asking in the reception the answer was, working on it. We were at first floor, so we could manage but the upper flors had difficulties getting up.

Great amenities. Let down by the fact the lift was out of service the whole time I was there, limiting myself due to my disability making me bound to my room for a lot of the stay which was dissapointing.

Great complex and location BUT funicular out of service for 2 weeks of my stay and despite having 187 steps to the apartment there was no real apology or additional help. Beautiful ocean views from all rooms. A private funicular within the hotel for access to the upper floors. Conveniently located for access to the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico. Very well-equipped apartments with all necessary utensils. I didn't like the monotonous breakfast. I got a room at the end, right next to the funicular. The noise from it was disturbing at night.

We've stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions and have never been disapointed. It is in a superb position with step access directly into the refreshing Atlantic Oceon. Rooms are large and spotless. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is your typical buffet and set us up for the day omelette station was great. We ate lunch a few times and all enjoyed it. My only gripe is the sunbeds they are so uncomfortable we all struggled to spend the day on them. You need a mat if I was to go again I’d take a camping self inflating mattress. We had a great stay in Mogán. The rooms were specious and we can recommend the breakfast and dinner. Even though therr were many families in the hotel, we still had a relaxing time at the quiet pool. Mogán itself is quite small, so for us 3 days were enough.

Hotel room was lovely and spacious with a large balcony and great views, pool area was nice and staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was great and rooftop bar was lovely too. Would love to stay again!

Excellent stay, thank you. Rooms were comfortable and spacious but could do with a little upgrade, particularly the bathrooms. We had superior rooms with a spa bath on the balcony which was lovely and would recommend. Bar and breakfast staff excellent, so responsive, however we did report an issue to reception at least twice with one of the room toilets which was not sorted when we left, this was disappointing...
