The room is really quite smallest with no easy place to open a suitcase and shelving/ storages etc is limited. But room 9 has a spacious terrace with seating which is nice although in late September it gets only a very little sun..
Paula who checked us in is very nice and helpful, especially when we got lost when trying to find the hotel, courtesy of Google maps which sent us on a bizarre tour!
Breakfast is some 5 minutes walk away but is very limited and on our first day we found that we had to pay for what was deemed to be extras so be careful about that.
Location is excellent for walking around the old town and the restaurants.

The most fantastic stay under the worst of circumstances. The hotel is in a brilliant location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is beautiful and the whole thing just works.

I have to pay a special compliment to the manager of the hotel, please forgive me as I do not recall your name. The manager went above and beyond given my circumstance, supplying me with much needed food, countless coffees and a shoulder to cry on. I will be returning in better times, but for now - Thank You!

Great little hotel with a great warm welcome and an ideal base to explore the area, our room was very clean with plenty of space and a door out into the garden area which is nice to read a book or just chill, or just amble around a see how many of the tortoises are wandering about or the birds that come and go. We only stayed two day as we were travelling all around but it would have been easy to stay a few days more,a great little find of a hotel.

This hotel is excellent. Small and quaint with a beautiful hidden garden off a private terrace. Very close to the down town. Wonderfully kept property.
Lovely staff and Paola is the best. She helped us find amazing restaurants and the best sites to see. Incredibly kind and knowledgable and thoughtful.
Paola even helped us with a restaurant in another town on our trip, after we had to leave the hotel.

This hotel was such a bright spot on our trip to Ciutadella. Great location close to the old town and a small grocery store just around the corner. Free street parking and a convenient drop-off spot at the door. A short walk down the street brings you to the castell on the pedestrian walk way down into the port.
Bright, clean, tidy room with a storage cabinet, tv, spacious ensuite bathroom and mini fridge. Free espresso and other drinks for purchase available. You can enjoy a drink on the terrace that opens onto the large fruit/vegetable garden. Two endangered tortuga (turtles) live in the garden, asking with other lizards and birds. Such a beautiful spot to rest.
Paola at reception was immensely kind, thoughtful and gracious. She helped us find the best restaurants, including some in a town we were moving into after our stay with her. She showed us the not-to-miss spots around town. She made our experience so wonderful and was very quick to help. Thank you Paula for the hospitality. We hope to return one day.

There was good communication with the enthusiastic and friendly host Paola from the outset. You need to let her know when you are arriving as reception is not staffed all the time. It is a genuine urban boutique hotel with character and a lovely garden that you can wander around to admire the lemons, vines and pomegranates. You get into it via a terrace that has a number of comfy seats and a welcome awning. Everything felt chic and trendy, down to the tasteful T shirts on sale in reception. There’s an honesty bar by the terrace with payment on check-out. Access to the room was easy with a good old fashioned key (not always the case). And again, the safety deposit box was straightforward with a key. There’s very good air con and wifi. And it’s in a superb location only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre of the town. There were no significant downsides but you need to know there is limited wardrobe space but it is probably ok for a short stay. Some may not like the see-through WC and shower panels, although they do include some obscure glass. Overall, a really great place to stay!
