Alcudiamar Marina Residence Hotel in Alcudia

We have a boat in the marina and use the hotel probably 3 or 4 times a week for drinks and to watch the cabarets. We cannot fault any of the staff, they are all excellent from the reception to the management to the bar staff and servers. Always pleased to see us with big smiles and now even hugs. I have watched how they react with some clients who can be difficult and it is always with the utmost respect and care. It’s a shame though that some can be rather belligerent and rude!

Really enjoyable stay in every sense. Incredible staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Location is superb with plenty of watersports around plus the town in close reach.

What a fantastic holiday. Just left after a stay of 10 days after our 1st time stay.  Location - Fabulous and views from hotel/pool outstanding. Only a very short walk to the main bars, restaurants & shops.  Facilities - Very well maintained and always clean & tidy. Rooms are great with good air con.  Infinity pool is breathtaking. Easy access from a small jetty to the sea and also the passage to the beach is only yards away with a short walk through the garden. A very good system for sunbeds as guests had respect not to reserve all day which ensured there were always plenty available.  Food - You could choose to either eat on the terrace with views across the bay or inside.  We had breakfast & dinner & could not fault it. The standard was excellant, especially the buffet as was delicious. There was everything for everyone and an excellant varied selection. Food was always hot and never any issues. A massive thank you to all the chefs.  Staff - Best staff we have ever experienced. They are so friendly, always smiling, happy to help and nothing is a problem. They are a credit to the hotel. A special mention must go to Antonio, Elvira & Laura to name a few.  By far the best holiday we have had and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Botel Alcudiamar. Lovely setting for the hotel, rooms were clean ,staff were friendly and helpful, felt the air conditioning could have been better ,had to leave it on constantly to try keep room cool, Only ate a couple of times at the hotel in the evening as there wasn't anything I liked on the menu (plain eater) I can normally get by with some bread and chips but they were always cold ,as was the cooked food at breakfast

Wonderful. No matter how many times we come to stay the Botel it never disappoints. This is a great hotel, with truly wonderful staff. Two swimming pools, gym etc. Great place for cyclists (pedal). I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. There were simply no negatives. The staff are amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The pool is a great size, lovely and warm with fantastic views across the bay. We stayed B&B and breakfast was plentiful. The location is superb - a very short stroll from the bars, restaurants and shops but extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday but still close to all the action. We will definitely be returning.
