Hello, we stayed here and have to say, this is a very nice hotel.

Very good for an all inclusive holiday, with top service and clean rooms.

Food is very good here.

Very good price-performance ratio.

With a large pool and daily animation programs for young and old.

A bit difficult to get to from the airport.

But we'd love to come back next year.

It was really fun.

Was there from 30/09/25-08/10/2025 and is superb, the food selection is amazing with different choices every night and the quality of the food is very good. The pool area is massive with plenty of sun bedside to go around however I assume in peak season it would get pretty full as would any hotel… the staff are very kind and friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays, we had a slight problem with the shower head being loose however as soon as we told reception they got someone up to fix it, bar is open from 10.30am-12am which is very good. Entertainment on a night was ok more for the kids really however you can’t expect them to spend hundreds of pounds on entertainment for a very small amount of people as I said earlier I imagine in peak season this would be very different, during the day they have music and games on which is really fun. Overall this is a fantastic place to stop and we will definitely be coming back.
They offer a free bus service from the hotel into sa coma which is really good even though the walk isn’t that long it’s always good to have the bus service if you have kids or elderly people with you.

I would put only an observation point, please create an area for smokers. My family and I had to move many times from Snack bar area and other places as smokers don’t respect non-smokers.

Apart of that, our holidays were amazing, great food, amazing entertainment team and so many fun activities in the hotel.

Food was great and we couldn’t have enough as the chef changed the whole food every day.

Wonderful All-Inclusive Holiday at HSM Club Torre Blanca

We had a very pleasant week-long all-inclusive holiday at HSM Club Torre Blanca. While the rooms may not be overly luxurious or spotlessly clean (though I might have high standards), everything else more than made up for it. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious — a real highlight of the stay.

The hotel isn’t located right on the beach (about a 15-minute walk away), but that’s actually one of its advantages. The area is much quieter and more peaceful compared to the busy promenade. A shuttle bus to the beach was available, but we usually preferred walking to burn off some of the calories from the amazing meals.

The animation team deserves special mention — they manage to get everyone involved in dancing and fun activities. Such positive and energetic people!

I highly recommend spending your holiday at this hotel. It was a truly enjoyable experience!

Really enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean, spacious and had a.c. the cleaner was very polite and friendly.

The food whilst it wasn't very varied each day was enjoyable and freshly made. I just thought that it could do with themed evenings. As you have no way of knowing what is going to be on offer until you are there IF you wanted to then make other plans.

The snack options in the evening could do with some more thought. As it's just bread, meat, cheese and fresh fruit. Maybe some of the lovely made pizza or chips on offer in the main meal could be available too.

The pool was very enjoyable, clean and had a lifeguard on most of the day. At the time we stayed there wasn't much in the way of sunbed wars but I can see there being so if busier. So maybe look out for this.

The animation team were very approachable and spoke a very wide range of languages.

I went as an adult couple, so the only reason I didn't give this venue a 5 stars was the overall entertainment for adults in the evening was in the main poor. Just seemed to be a long wait for the time slot and once this was over it became very lifeless. So we regularly sought entertainment off site most evenings.

Overall it was a good venue and would recommend to others

-Don't stay in a room near the bar and Pool ,many people have no respect and screaming all the night till 2 or 3 o'clock.
It's very annoying.

- The restaurant is inside the main Building ,no outdoor sitting area.
- we were staying last year in HSM Calas Park and it was better than Torre Blanca.

Lovely little hotel near the centre of Sa Coma.

Staff we're amazing, very friendly and accommodating to most requests, music on after 11am all day added to the already good atmosphere, the child's entertainment was ok, I'll never get out of my head 'Chow Chow Mickey Mouse' if you know, you know 😂

Pool was brilliant, good size for the the amount of people and pool chairs were plentiful, with the lights on it was stunning in the evenings.

Only thing I would say negatively is the food, food was plentiful but not very tasty. Some foods were lovely but majority wasn't. This is subjective I understand, being British we find salt spicy 😅😂

Overall a great stay and would happily go back.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Especially the animation team and the pool bar staff.

I had read negative comments about 'unsanitary' refillable cups that you need to use for your whole stay. This is simply not true. You do get refillable cups (to comply with EU law on single use plastics) but bar staff usually replace them with every drink. And you can take your used cups to the bar and ask to swap them for clean ones at any time. You do not need to take your refillable cups to the restaurant as there are lots of real Glasses to use beside the drinks dispensers. Choice of drinks is fantastic and the pina coladas were a favourite of mine.

The apartments were modern and clean. The aircon was a blessing! Food was good, with a wide variety. I am a vegetarian and found something I enjoyed at each vist. The deserts were delicious.

We had friends staying in nearby apartments and they were able to buy a day pass for €42 each. This was from 10am until 6pm. But as our guests came late in the day they let them in from 2pm - 10pm which we felt was really very reasonable.

The hotel is around a 15 minute casual walk to sa coma beach, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service a number of times throughout the day. We used this service once and it was excellent.

Our whole party was in agreement that we would love to return with our children.

We booked the hotel acording to our budget and reviews, not considering the negative ones really, and now after returning back home I can only confirm we did the best choice to ignore the always unhappy customers reviews. In this 3 star apartment complex you will find everything you need and more. Extra friendly staff, made us feel welcomed and the service was outstanding. Draft Estrella beer, any cocktail or drink you want, snack bar, coffee, tea, all this included in the bar and the snack area and within all inclusive...the best choice. Good food, main courses cooked always fresh, some of it of course (like deserts, soup) already finished products...but what do you expect in a 3 star hotel. Animation program outstanding, way above the 3 star hotel level, and the animators were one bunch of super funny, always smiling and energetic people. Pool area and the sunbeds...very nice. Aquagym, minigolf, ping pong, tenis, archery... if you aren’t lazy, you'll find for yourself always something to do. Animation program for kids… mine was there couple of times and always happy to do many activities. Transport to and from the beach for free at certain times was always welcomed, otherwise a short walk with the kids, around 15 minutes isn't a bad choice too. Public beach was nice and mostly clean, the sea was wonderful, water refreshing and super clear. The fun of jumping into waves, being rolled and pushed out... I mean come one. In this price range and on Mallorca you won't find anything better. Don't listen to bad reviews, you will be surprised how much music you gonna get for the little money you gonna pay. PS: Not recommended for singles or couples, who are looking for night life and partying, not my case, just saying. Have a nice time!
