CM Mallorca Palace Hotel - Adults Only in Sa Coma

This hotel is spotless. The rooms, the pool areas, the common areas, the toilets, everywhere is spotlessly clean. Not even a blade of grass out of place. There is an onsite spa, and the location is a few moments walk to the beach. We originally paid for a b&b stay but after arrival paid to go half board. The food is magnificent! Plenty of choice, full of flavour and replenished often. The staff go above and beyond. There is always a smile for you. From the wonderful reception team, the waiting staff, the cleaning staff, the team of kitchen staff. All are fantastic. They seem genuinely happy, and that is a good cue of a hotel. Now we stayed for 6 nights and there was different musical entertainment every night. There are different classes during the day and there is a bus trip to the Arta market every Tuesday morning. I unfortunately cannot remember the names of the people who made our stay so memorable. So, thank you. All of you.

Just back from a short stay at this beautiful place. Needless to say, how lovely the CM Mallorca Palace is, as it is already fully booked a few months ahead. Wonderful staff, everybody speaks at least two languages. Professional and courteous. You can never see the cleaning staff, but the place is in perfect condition, clean and has a really relaxing feel to it. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Everything works; The lovely touch is the coffee machine in the room, I used it for the afternoon "pick me up" snack, such a nice thought. 5 stars all through and through. Special mention for the chef in the restaurant, who creates the desserts, it is out of this world tasty. The hotel is perfectly located out of all the hustle and bustle and right 3 minutes' walk to the beach, promenade and bars/shops/cafes. I am looking forward to booking again, if such an opportunity will arise.

We booked this hotel as a treat to ourselves and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were met by a member of staff who took our cases and brought them in to the hotel for us. Check in was great, asked to sit in the lounge with a drink and another member of staff came to us to check us in, another lovely touch! We were over the moon to know our booking of a double room had been upgraded to a suite. Our room was stunning, (bigger than some flats in the UK!) A walk in dressing area, huge main living area with ample seating and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. It was nice to have some UK TV channels available, not that we were on holiday to watch TV. Hotel cleaning staff were fabulous, we have never been in a hotel when towels are replenished twice a day. There is also a bag in your room ready loaded with pool towels for your use, another lovely touch. We didn't stay in the hotel for the entertainment as we went out every night, but seemed to be standard singing entertainment. All rooms over look the garden and pool, which looked really nice, but sadly the weather was too cold and windy for us to try. The restaurant is the only place which wasn't to our taste, but I wouldn't criticise the food, because we weren't keen, plenty of others seemed to be loving it. The restaurant staff were on the go all the time. Waiting on tables and replenishing food stocks (which seemed to run out quickly). As this was the first wk of the year, little tweaks could still be made to improve. Such as having an extra member of staff on the hot plate at peak times. One member of staff was cooking food to order which was nice, but equally, meant there was often a queue. Also, don't leave going for breakfast too late as we actually had to queue for a table - never happened before. There is another seating area off the main restaurant which we felt could have been opened up. But again, I wouldn't change our scoring as this is an easy fix. We didn't try the amenities as we were too busy, but they all looked to be of a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or staying here again.

CM Mallorca Palace is a fantastic hotel and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The location is great, a few minutes from the beach and local shops. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food really good quality. The hotel is so clean and the entertainment in the evening excellent. There are also exercise classes you can take part in and I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics. Really enthusiastic staff. We had a ground floor room which looked out to the pool and the room was lovely. The local bus service is excellent and the bus stop directly outside the hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel food, rooms and the staff make the holiday, also no fully inclusive so no drunks or noise. The young lady in charge is on the ball.

A wonderful quiet oasis of a hotel. Stayed for 1 week. It's adults only so the atmosphere was calm and sophisticated. The Hotel staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent food with a wide variety of dishes. Excellent hotel, excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Lovely hotel, super food. When we went there were always plenty of sun beds round the pool. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

If you want a relaxing holiday, in a beautiful hotel, with excellent food and fantastic staff then this is the hotel to choose. Just can’t fault it and been going for years.

A very nice 5 star hotel with a very warm welcome from the get go. Rooms very comfortable and clean as was other areas of the hotel. Plenry if sunbeds for everyone but towards the end of our stay towels were begining to be put down prior to tge sun coming out. Food is very good especially at the poolside bar were one meal wad enough for two! The onky reason we didn't give 5 stars was the evening entertainment which in our opinion was very sub standard. Theres a supermarket across the road so if you forget anyhing you could buy it there. The average age was of tge guests was nearing the 70's. Trousers do not need to be worn for the evening meal as long as the shorts you wear are smart. Woukd we go back? Yes we would.

Stayed at the Mallorca Palace last week of September. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the rooms have balconies that face the perfectly kept garden and pool area. We never had a problem getting sunbeds. The staff are excellent - helpful, friendly, extremely hardworking and speak several languages fluently. Our room was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. We appreciated not having to pay extra to use the safe or fridge. The balcony had a rattan table and 2 chairs. We were in the main building above the bar and our balcony was in the sun during the late afternoon. The bathroom is possibly in need of refurbishment but this didn't effect our stay at all. We stayed half board and the food was amazing. Heaps of choice and constantly being replenished. All food was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Practically everything is fresh with no reliance on tinned fruit etc that we've experienced in other hotels. The desserts and pastries are prepared by their own chefs. Each evening there is a different theme and ensured we enjoyed a huge variety of foods. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area.
