This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I had a correspondence by email with Marga before our arrival and she made sure that they were all arranged. On our arrival we were greeted by Marga which was really friendly she arranged for us to get an upgrade for a fee of the room I requested. The hotel like always is really nice and clean, the food was good, the swimming pool amazing and all the staff really friendly. We were sent a special gift as a returning guest which I did find a really beautiful surprise and nice touch to be cared and looked after. Our flight was late at night a Marga arranged for us a late check out for a fee which was really good and it has really helped us to have a room until late and I found it an amazing thing that this hotel offers late check out because it really helps who has got a late flight to still be able to enjoy a full day and not having to stress of having to wait in the lobby all day . I want to say a really big thank you to Marga and all the staff for making our holiday wonderful and I will definitely come back.

Good hotel, just what expected for a beach hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. For the daily rate paid, they should include basic amenities like bottled water, coffee/tea replenish and not just as a welcome gift. Similar hotels/rates offer this.
Breakfast was an amazing treat! There were different options every morning. Food, coffee and juices really good quality!
The area is a bit touristic but very nice and clean beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t believe it is a 4 star hotel. Room was advertised as sea view and view was very restricted. Room was tiny could barely walk around. The bed seemed like it was about to break not comfortable at all. The toilet seat was shaky and the toilet mirror looked like it had mold on it. But worst of all the costumer service was horrendous. I have never seen more miserable staff. Could sense the hate of tourists from a mile away. I don’t recommend at all , stay away If you want an enjoyable holiday. Only good thing about it is the location as it’s close by to shops and beach but that’s about it.

If your hotel is “Adults Only,” this doesn’t mean it should be only for elderly guests from Germany. During our stay, it felt more like a nursing home than a hotel.
Also, if it’s truly adults-only, why is smoking not allowed even on the balcony? Is it a hospital for the elderly?
At breakfast, there is only one frying pan for omelettes for the entire hotel, so expect to wait 20 minutes just for eggs ?!. Dinners were very weak and unimpressive.
Cleaning we indicated for 10:30-11:30, but staff showed up banging at our door at 9:00…(((
Overall, a bad experience. We will not return and definitely do NOT recommend this hotel to young adults looking for a pleasant holiday.

Great for beach access right in the middle
Hotel late check in was very slow & they gave us a room against all my requests - balcony had no privacy the neighbours could see into your room terrible so we couldn’t even keep the blinds open was meant to be sea view not neighbours view lol

We had an enjoyable stay here.
Positives: Fantastic reception staff. Warm and welcoming.
Cleanliness of the hotel is superb and the cleaning staff were great. (Although it would be nice if they knocked on the door before coming into your room).
Breakfast was good.
Peaceful.
Great location - you realistically never need to be in the hotel.
The pool area always had plenty of sunbeds.
The view from the upper floors.
Negatives:
Everything was geared towards the German clientele (who are the vast majority). Summarised by the fact there's 1 EN channel and more than 40 De.
Pool staff were quite cold. Why can't they come around the sunbeds every now and again taking drink orders?The wallss were very thin. Difficulty sleeping.
Parking (not really hotels fault but still a negative as impossible to find a spot).
No food options after 1400 - come o, you dont need a chef for basic options such as sandwiches.
2 lifts for the whole hotel (older hotel so obviously a design issu, but still...)
Overall, we enjoyed it, but we would probably choose a different option next time as you can pay the same price for a better experience.

An optimal standard for a family vacation, well-kept rooms, cleanliness is fine. Very good location. Breakfasts are sufficient to meet various expectations, although the standard is more like mass catering.

Very good hotel. Quite and clean. All People working the are very nice. Just had to pay 150 euro more to get a really see view from the top floor. But the room was really nice. A small attention for our wedding day was really cool. Breakfast various and good

My husband daughter and I really enjoyed our holiday I think we were the only British people there and we enjoyed trying to talk to the German people we met We played the games during the day with sureen and had a very enjoyable time playing a lot of laughs a lot of very friendly people The food was very good plenty of choice The only downside was I had difficulty opening the doors I feel you had to be very strong to master them We would definitely think about booking this hotel again

An average hotel a short distance from the beach. This is the third different Hipotels we have stayed at in Cala Millor and our second 4 Star. The hotel is clean and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had on the left side on the building on the third floor, we had a balcony where you could see the ocean. The problem is, there is a club and they play loud music until midnight and the windows don't block out the sound out at all, so it is really loud. The room is really cramped and there is very little space for two people to put their luggage. The air conditioner only worked properly the first day and never again. The shower started to leak around the glass but it was fixed within 90 minutes. The room was clean but the mattress had to be turned over. The WiFi is great. There is a tiny gym and an indoor pool. The indoor pool is cold, which was great. The waterfall only came on every two hours. The outdoor pool was really warm. I found there is a sauna and a steam room that are shutoff and were never on, which is disappointing. The food was nothing special, but it was good, there was enough variety and plenty of my favorite foods. The pastries were on point. Great work, yummy pudding and cakes. I would not go back to this particular Hipotels because there are better ones. It's not bad, just average and needs a bit of renovation. Other than that good.
