A lovely quiet, clean and well situated hotel. I stayed in room 5 and liked the view of the courtyard through the large windows. Very spacious room, bright and elegant. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, service efficient. I think it might be better if all food was covered as only some of it is and I noticed some small flies landing on food. I would recommend this hotel and will be booking again and will request room 5 for its size and view. Thank you to all at Seranova!

This is a really lovely little hotel. The room is spacious, everything works. Our room is situated above a bar on the 'high' street but it didn't bother us. The staff are really lovely helping us get a taxi to the airport.

Hotel Seranova is a hidden gem inside the hidden gem of Menorca. We found the hotel through its high ratings on Hotels.com and it did not disappoint. It is a 200 year old converted house just steps away from the cathedral in the city center. The rooms are few, incredibly spacious, and well-appointed. It is an old house in the center of the old town—you must expect to hear some ambient noise from the pedestrian zone streets outside and some from the building inside. This is not uncommon for old Spanish buildings in old Spanish towns. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Victor at the front desk and the unknown woman working in the breakfast room making “made to order” eggs to complement the already complementary breakfast buffet. We could not have asked for a better place for our weekend stay.

Our recent stay at Seranova Luxury Hotel was perfect. The place is lovely, very comfortable airy rooms and great little courtyard. The breakfast was delicious and interesting every day. The location was amazing and very handy to park on the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with towels, cooler with ice blocks and parasol to go to the beach. Couldn’t fault it - 10/10 and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location by the Cathedral of Ciutadella. Be warned the bells go on every hour at nighttime too but I did get used to it on the second night. The whole hotel is super clean and the staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nice, changing slightly every day and always including local products. No hot buffet but eggs, bacon, avocado was cooked on demand. They also arranged for a massage therapist to do a treatment in our room and it was superb

My husband and I loved this hotel. The building and the rooms are beautiful. It was also quiet. The room we stayed in was huge. Free water and soft drinks in the mini bar every day was a nice touch. Breakfast was really good. There were different foods every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.
