The stay was delightful and more than exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a small characterful 'boutique' style hotel in Ciutadella and the Balear was certainly that. The Host, Bernard, is a super guy and did everything to make my stay enjoyable, including looking after my bicycle! The breakfast and service was top notch! Would definitely go back! Loved the place.

If I could put more stars, I would! The hotel is not only excellent in terms of cleanliness, space, comfort, location, etc... but the service is INCREDIBLE and the people that work there are AMAZING. Just such a lovely, positive energy! They are all so helpful, nice, considerate, generous and kind. I am not even thinking it twice next time I am in Menorca - going straight here! Stayed here for two nights. The room was basic but accomodating and was big enough for what we needed. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were EXCELLENT. We had breakfast for both days, it was a standard European breakfast which was a nice buffet selection. Overall, I would reccommend staying here for a short holiday duration.

Great property, close to dining and great views. They just needed to fix the exterior lights so we didn’t have to use our flashlights in the hallway and stairs. Sound proofing between units isn’t great either.

Great location right by the sea, large rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Free parking in a quiet area that was walkable to the town.

Spacious apartment with beautiful views from the balcony. 10-15 minute walk to port & old town. Safe & quiet. Nice pool & parking available for a fee. Unfortunately, no breakfast available, but apartment is fully equipped to cook if you desire.

Had a wonderful week, apartments are dated but extremely clean and have everything you need for a stay, apartments are cleaned every other day and bedding at least twice in the week. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms are massive with big balcony, beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped.Like everyone says no aircon but fans and plentiful ventilation are enough. Basic rooms but you pay for what you get. A great base near to the restaurants and bars and enough cooking equipment etc provided in the room should you wish to stay in and cook. Clean and peaceful. The Can Sastre is a total winner. Charming, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great breakfast and the innkeepers couldn’t have been more helpful. Only issue was a bit of outside street noise on a Saturday night. But it was all a positive vibe!

This is a delightful hotel in the centre of Ciutadella. It is a converted townhouse in the old centre very close to the cathedral and main sights. Our room was very comfortable (double glazing helpful as church bells ring every hour!). Breakfast was plentiful and good with many choices. Also staff were very welcoming and helpful (with car parking and restaurant recommendations)

We spent one night at this hotel and had a great experience. The studio apartment was spotless and well equipped, with a kitchen where we could cook. It also featured a jacuzzi and access to a swimming pool. The terrace had a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Just out of the main strip this complex is perfect to relax in comfortable accommodation, take in the breathtaking sunset over the water, or relax in the private pool. My apartment had really good air conditioning which worked perfectly. Loved the place and will definitely return!

One of the cheapest hotels with a peaceful stay and a good view of the sea from the balcony. Away from popular beaches but you can enjoy in the pool outside.

Almost perfect place to stay so a 4.5 if such a rating existed. Lovely breakfast - everything fresh and tasty. It’s a high end B&B as opposed to a hotel but that makes it feel quite special and cosy. Few things would elevate - a coffee machine in the room and bathrobes (for example). Otherwise perfect and I would definitely stay again.

Very central hotel, the rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, we had a very quiet room on the courtyard side, small balcony, no view. The breakfast is very good. The only downside is that there is no comfortable common area.

The property is very lovely and clean. Staff were accommodating and kind. Sodium is in a great spot right by the old town, next to plenty of restaurants and free parking can be found about 5 mins walk away.

What a lovely place! I really enjoyed my night here. Moi checked me in then served me a glass of wine at the lovely rooftop bar whilst filling me in on places to eat and a bit of local info. As others have said in reviews here, the breakfast was fantastic! 😎
