I stayed here for 4 nights in October 2025. It was a last minute booking via Jet2 and I paid £225. That included flights from the UK, accomodation and car rental. The apartments are very basic, but I paid a very basic price. In terms of value for money, they were great. The welcome at the front desk was great. The apartments were clean, but there were occasional strong smells from the drains in the bathrooms at night. The facilities inside are limited but it was really cheap so I took that into account. In general the staff were very helpful. The only issue I had was in the poolside snack bar. I waited for 20 mins to be served and when I eventually left my table to try and get served, I was told rather rudely that I should go and sit down and I'll be there soon. This was only one of the servers, the other lady was lovely. All in all, go with the right expectations and you won't go wrong.

Had a wonderful week, apartments are dated but extremely clean and have everything you need for a stay, apartments are cleaned every other day and bedding at least twice in the week. Pool is a great size and has a separate kids area. Lifeguard on duty constantly and is extremely friendly.
Didn't try the food but drinks are fair priced and delicious.
Would definitely stay again (ground floor poolside) and would recommend

PAY FOR A SAFE!!! Currently on our last day of our 2 weeks stay and realised £120 English pounds had been taken out of coat pocket in wardrobe, and €10 out of a kids purse. Reception no help told to come back in the evening even though they know we're leaving in the morning. Friend next door has also had £100 and 50 euro not accounted for. Upto this point we had, had a great time. Very very basic but cheap n cheerful.

I was pleasantly surprised. Cheap and cheerful. I stayed there on my own and I felt safe. My apartment was very clean. I had a poolside view which was nice. The bar is nice. They do a nice sangria. The bar staff were very nice. The location is good. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is a short walk. There's bus stops next to the hotel, buses go to cuitadella and other resorts.
It's near to restaurants, supermarket's and gift shops.
Good value for money and I would definitely stay here again

Exceptional Service Made My Solo Stay Unforgettable!
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel staff for a truly fantastic stay. I was here alone on vacation and genuinely felt very well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food.
However, it was the customer service that made this trip so successful. I want to give special recognition to two wonderful people: Odi and Key.
Odi – The Best Waitress
Odi is a professional through and through. Thanks to her kindness, speed, and genuine warmth, every meal in the restaurant was a pleasure. Always smiling, ready to advise, and with great attention to detail, she made me feel exceptionally well-served.
Key – Bar Master
Key ensured my evenings at the bar were relaxing and enjoyable. Her bartending skills and great, positive energy made me want to come back for an evening drink. She was always happy to chat and created a fantastic atmosphere.
Thank you, Odi and Key, for your hard work and authentic friendliness. I truly hope your efforts will be appropriately recognized by the hotel management! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend the hotel to others.

Basic rooms but you pay for what you get. A great base near to the restaurants and bars and enough cooking equipment etc provided in the room should you wish to stay in and cook. Clean and peaceful. We were by the pool and bar and still didn't notice any noise. Polite staff. Although no air conditioning, was not a problem as enough windows and doors to open

Our flight was delayed and we notified that we would only be there for 2 nights (instead of 3). We sent several messages on Booking and we called 6 times. The next day we arrived in the evening and they had rebooked our room. It seems illegal to me, since we had paid nearly 600 €. All the other hotels being full, we had to sleep in the car. No compensation, neither from Booking, nor from the Hotel. Inadmissible.

Staying here right now.
Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms are massive with big balcony, beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped.Like everyone says no aircon but fans and plentiful ventilation are enough.
WiFi a bit hit and miss but it's the same at home.
Even though its nearly the end of the season there's still plenty open and things to do.

Apartment was basic but had everything we needed and very clean. Had a pool view so lots to watch when we were in the room. There is no air con but it quickly cools down with the breeze through an open door and window. Read previous reviews about ants but we didn’t see a single one. Really good base local to everything

I've received an apartment with an amazing sea view (nr 96), really water front. Staff at the reception was very friendly. Very good breakfast service with pool view, and the staff is really amazing! We are staying for 8 days, and after 2 nights HKP has replaced all towels and have made up our bed. What an unenspected service, wow! The apartment si very spacious, with a big balcony an clean. There is no A/C system but they provide a fan! We couldn't find anything better for the good price, I would definitely come back here! Great job guys.
