Riviera Hotel Menorca in Ciutadella

I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Madrid! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean the rooms were—everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. The attention to detail was impeccable.

What truly made the experience special, though, was the owner. So kind, polite, and genuinely welcoming—it felt like staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. You can tell they really care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything you’d want to see or do in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here for two nights. The room was basic but accomodating and was big enough for what we needed. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were EXCELLENT.
We had breakfast for both days, it was a standard European breakfast which was a nice buffet selection.
Overall, I would reccommend staying here for a short holiday duration.

A big thank you to Hotel Madrid for being so understanding during COVID-19. Not only did they refund our prepayment they also didn’t charge the usual cancellation fee. We really appreciate their fantastic customer service and would highly recommend them!

Staff are very helpful and accommodating, rooms are very clean and has a nice balcony space. Only a short walk from the port and restaurants

Small hotel with very helpful staff. Its a bit outside of the city life and therefore very quite. Its tidy, even tho as many others have mentioned, the bathtubs/showers need a makeover. For a small price you get a good bed and friendly service, all I was looking for.
