Bluesea Cabo de Baños in Cala'N Blanes

It wasn’t very clear on the reservation (other than a small footnote) that registration was in a different location.
Wifi password was not provided initially and was quite spotty.
There was no soap in the bathroom however once reported they did fix right away the next morning.
Cleaning lady (Christina) was very nice and helpful.
Front desk was helpful in responding to our questions.

The structure is old and abandoned, the reception is in the nearby structure but no one supervises it which is frequented by kids who scream every night, knock on the door and play music at full volume and throw eggs on cars. Impossible to rest. The structure is old, 3 lights not working, of 2 cooking plates one caused the light to go out and the other only worked sometimes. So, despite choosing the apartment to eat at home we had to dine out every evening having to spend much more than expected. The only soap provided by the property ran out after a few days and was never refilled, as was the toilet paper. The room is cleaned every other day, but if you are leaving the day after the cleaning then it will not be done that day and the towels will not be replaced. The structure is dirty, very dirty and cleaning only consists of replacing towels and making the bed. They never cleaned the bathroom or floor. I swept with the broom in the apartment which was so old and dirty that it only made the situation worse. When passing paper over the surfaces the paper remained black. When customers change apartments they don't even vacuum. There are tiny ants everywhere despite no food being left around. A very bad experience. I will not rely on ******* who offers such poor facilities.
