We stayed in the Helios hotel in Benidorm for 4 nights. What an amazing stay. The staff, the rooms the service all 5 stars. And a huge thank you to Massimo and Maximo for making a fabulous birthday cake for my sisters 60th birthday. It was a work of art and tasted amazing. An absolutely wonderful hotel, could not fault the food/service at breakfast . Evening entertainment in the downstairs bar was quite acceptable too. This hotel is beautiful. Very well located for everything but not noisy. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is excellent with lots of choice. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. TV has sufficient channels for us Brits. Lots of services on offer including entertainment. Storage room for luggage and wheelchairs. Wow what a place check in lady was amazing room spotless and great shower , towels changed and bedding every day if wanted .The food was best ever had at a hotel so much choice and quality food , think I put half stone on , terrace bar great fantastic prices and suntrap .The riviera music lounge was great as well great acts and again great prices deffo be back .Right near shops bars and local amenities

Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Hotel in a great location, staff friendly but not that clean, food crap I could have knocked someone out with bread roll and pizza! Bar only takes cash bit odd and the so call gym seems to be knackered to say the least! Defo not a gym as I know it!

The towels required to be changed more frequently.we had them change three times in a week that’s not good enough

Breakfast quality of food wasn't what i expected from a 4☆ plus hotel stayed in other hotels in benidorm with similar ratings and food was superior. Shampoo/shower gel wasn't replenished and was diluted.

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.
