What a beautiful secret place! Every year I come back to Altea and this place amazed me ! Looks very luxurious and romantic, night time is very beautiful for dinner time. Best cocktails which you must try

Beautiful and well located hotel. We had a relaxing and great stay. Staff is sweet and very polite. They have a wonderful outdoor space with pool and long chairs to enjoy the sun and have a drink

We stayed on the second floor, in room 05. The room is spacious, gorgeous and was spotless. The amenities are great, mini bar is generous on beverage selection, smart tv working perfectly and excellent pressure shower

The buffet was left with barely nothing on the plates, dry leftovers, no refills. It simply lowered the value of the experience, is paradoxical to the whole concept

Traditional old school hotel located close to the heart of Altea. Do not be put off by the run down approach to the hotel. As a family with a disabled son we were greeted by warm friendly staff

Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is really kind and helpfull. The hotel is in a quiet part of Altea but it is just a 10 minuten walk to the old center of the village

Set slightly out of town this picturesque haven of a hotel was a beautiful stop off destination to explore Altea. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was beautifully secluded and tranquil

Rooms were spotless, comfortable and really well proportioned. Breakfast was simple yet catered for every taste, can not fault this hotel in any way and cannot wait to come back in the summer

Large spacious accessible room on the first floor , but the lift access was a little tight, just be aware if you have a larger type wheelchair. Breakfast a little limited but satisfactory

The restaurant is supported by the century-old Michelin-starred el xato and offers excellent wines. Private parking is available for €25 per day. Renovated just a few months ago, online bookings only opened in July

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel from 1st - 5th February and it was exceptional. All staff are super friendly and attentive going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable

Ask to borrow a beach bag and towels for a refundable deposit. Small shop opposite great for fresh bread, drinks etc Would recommend to anyone seeking a lovely hotel in the perfect position

All I can say is this place is amazing. I have stayed all over the world and travel a lot. This may be best experience I have had from a customer service point of view

We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic, top quality food and presentation. Quick service, there were only a couple of other tables occupied. We used the spa facilities every day, very calming

We booked here for 1 night and as a family of three with a son aged 14 the choices for high quality accommodation in 1 room are limited and Maison was superb for us! A two floor room that was decorated beautifully and so clean and relaxing

Beautifully restored house into a hotel. Rooms were fab, great base! Also has a lovely terrace with seating to meet friends before dinner. No restaurant, bar or breakfast but that was fine by us! We will stay again!

My friend and I loved our stay at Maison Salva. It was our favorite stop on our trip to Spain. The spaces were beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to get in contact with via WhatsApp

They checked in with us to see if we wanted our coffee (nespresso) and water refreshed even when we said we didn’t need room cleaning. They don’t have a breakfast at the hotel but I prefer that

I had an excellent stay at the hostel. The staff were very helpful in advance of my trip - to accommodate me arriving very late. They were always happy to help. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean

My husband and l have just had a fabulous 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything about it was fabulous, from the welcome drinks and check in in the terrace, to the chocolates on the bed

In USA we’re not used to toilet paper holders that actually don’t hold the paper roll in place and falls down at every attempt to take the paper out and also having to turn 180 degrees to get the paper 😂, but that’s a personal quirk I always have

They bring out tea and coffee on demand, unlike other hotels where you can choose your own from the coffee machine. The also take your order for eggs and toast your choice of bread

We stayed 3 nights in February. The hotel is in a great location , quiet but close to everything. The staff really make the difference here , kind , helpful and friendly

Abaco is a boutique hotel, very conveniently located right in the middle of old town and sea front in the beautiful city of Altea. I will write another review for Altea separately

A plus was that the TRAM, local train was a two steps from tbe hotel which you can visit other towns, beaches etc. Everything is walking distance. Victoria, the owner, is nice and helped me with some local tips

Absolutely Perfect! 3 steps from the tram, 2 small blocks from the playa Very quiet rooms with room darkening drapes! Wonderful shower with overhead rain spout, tons of hot water! Wonderful quality towels! Will return anytime! Thank you!

Lovely clean room. We were very comfortable here and there are facilities to ale tea/coffee and toast. Right next to the tram station. Really close to the old town and the beach. Highly recommend.

Check in is super chill, right next to the bus stop and tram station relieving a lot of stress from travel if you are relying on transport

A family home passed down it has been restored to the highest of standards whilst keeping its original charm from the beams, to the beautiful tiles and fantastic tropical garden with its nooks and crannies and scenic views

Truly lives up to the name, paradise indeed. Tucked away above Altea Old Town, so peaceful and quiet. Feels like being in Thailand, with beautiful gardens, plants, pool and banana trees full of fruit

This beautiful little hotel is the ultimate hidden gem!! Rooms are beautiful, staff and owners are humble, beautiful people that can’t do enough for you! The gardens are a peaceful hideaway of fruit trees full of bananas, oranges, lemons & avocados with peaceful hammocks to while away the hours 🍋 🍊🍌🥑 Homemade cakes baking in the oven every morning made from all the beautiful fruit!! Breakfast is delicious...

Our room overlooking the pool was beautiful. The whole property is stunning. This hotel was recommended to us by one of our friends. So I am spreading the word too, highly recommended

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc
