There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc
I stayed there in December 2025. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly. It's an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the mountains. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.
Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful
Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes
A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. The tram was brilliant and cheap for travelling to Denia, Benidorm, Alicante etc
Incredible views, beautiful beach, clean fair sized pool, lots of seating and sun loungers, great variety of very tasty food in the buffet

The food was excellent (with special attention to allergies – something that is not always easy in Spain, but handled phenomenally here). The location is beautiful, and the staff are truly incredible
Julie was wonderful to communicate with while planning – thank you! Aranzazu made our stay and dinner extra special with her incredible eye for detail, care, and the love she put into everything
Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is great with a short walk to all areas of interest in Altea
We spent two nights at the hotel and celebrated our wedding dinner at the L’Etiquette restaurant inside the hotel
We then had a couple of hours to wait before dinner, but the receptionist let us use the pool side beds while we waited which was very kind The dinner was delicious and the waiter and waitress were super friendly and helpful
The ambiance is superb. It was our second stay here in this hotel. The staff member named Cecille is very friendly and helpful, along with the other lady staff. The hotel is very clean.

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc
I asked for room with sea view was comfortable clean and the staff were so helpful. Food was excellent. I cant fault it
A very basic but clean hotel directly on the sea. Easy walking to the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the old Town, along with the tram station and the bus stops
Call in advance for balcony seating
This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food
The hotel rooms are minimalist with tasteful traditional touches, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere
