Stayed here with wife in Feb. All I can say is this place is amazing. I have stayed all over the world and travel a lot. This may be best experience I have had from a customer service point of view. We just had lunch here and didn't stay in the hotel although it looks fabulous inside. We sat on the front patio beneath a parasol and food was nice, staff lovely. We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

Hotel in a great location, staff friendly but not that clean, food crap I could have knocked someone out with bread roll and pizza! Bar only takes cash bit odd and the so call gym seems to be knackered to say the least! Defo not a gym as I know it!

Breakfast quality of food wasn't what i expected from a 4☆ plus hotel stayed in other hotels in benidorm with similar ratings and food was superior. Shampoo/shower gel wasn't replenished and was diluted.

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.

The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. It was mostly fish dishes which we both do not eat. If you had children then it would be a struggle if im honest food wise. Overall though nice hotel.

Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Hotel is right on the strip, with everything you could want within walking distance. Just felt this year that the food was not as varied as previous years nevertheless a great hotel to stay at.

We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times. Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road.
