Stayed multiple times, love the atmosphere. You get amazing place with very high quality service for adorable price. So friendly staff, i feel like home being back there every time. Good breakfast, always very well service from housekeeping. Very beautiful surroundings with all the greenery. Can’t wait to be back!!!

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quiet and spacious, which made it very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The overall vibe was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely come back again!

In short: this “hotel” offers all the charm of a budget sauna, the privacy of a shop window, and the tranquility of a construction site. Would I stay again? Only if they paid me.
Where to begin? We booked a family room with a double and a single, arrived to find two singles instead. When we asked to fix it, they kindly offered… for an extra charge. The “air con” turned out to be a heater, so we woke up sweating like rotisserie chickens. When my daughter got sick, reception’s advice was to call an ambulance, for a cough and temperature. Turns out, they just switch off air conditioning in the “off season.” Genius.
We tried opening the window, only to realise it faced a public staircas, perfect for giving strangers a free post-shower show. Add paper-thin walls, staff yelling and banging about like it’s a morning workout class, and a maid knocking at 8 a.m. like the police, and you’ve got the full experience.
Unforgettable? Absolutely. Enjoyable? Not even close.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus.
Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker.
Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there.
Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

It could be a fantastic hotel if they spent some money on updating it.
Our room didn’t have any type of kitchen or anything to make a brew in the morning.
Reception staff were quite rude at times, same as the bar…
Met 2 couples that were broken into & apparently the manageress didn’t give a toss.
Food was ok to be fair.
Perhaps the gardeners that look after the grounds could do a lot better, slot of long grass about which wouldn’t take much.
Maybe put a manager in with a good budget to sort it out as it really could be a fantastic hotel but as it is I wouldn’t go back…

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking Hotel BlueBay Banus.
Due to a medical emergency, I couldn’t travel on my original flight, but I contacted the hotel directly to inform them of my late arrival. They confirmed over the phone that this was absolutely fine and that my room would be available.
However, shortly after, they cancelled my entire booking without warning and marked it as a “no-show,” despite already being told I’d be arriving late. When EasyJet Holidays contacted them on my behalf, they confirmed my booking was still valid , but when I rang the hotel again minutes later, they told me it was cancelled. Total contradiction.
When trying to sort this with the hotel they have since refused all responsibility, claiming they didn’t get paid, while I’m left completely out of pocket for a holiday I fully intended to go on.
The attitude and lack of accountability from this hotel have been absolutely shocking. There was zero compassion, zero transparency, and no willingness to help just blame-shifting and excuses. They are now just ignoring my email leaving me in the unknown. The lack of customer service has also been appalling trying to gas light me into thinking the phone call I have proof of never happened confirming my booking.
This was not just an inconvenience; it was a complete loss of a holiday I paid for, during an already stressful time. I would never book here again, and I’ll be warning others to do the same.

I’d read lots of mixed reviews around this hotel prior to going and I can certainly see why. It was reasonably priced compared with other hotels and is within walking distance of the beach. However, the hotel is in need of updating. The grass around the main pool was very worn (not sure why they don’t just tile it) and there was a shortage of umbrellas. However, we managed to find a spot around the second smaller pool which was less worn and quieter. Our room was spacious but rather outdated and two of our group spotted a cockroach in their rooms (which I can imagine is not uncommon for the time of year). We were lucky not to have a room by the main busy road. Overall, it served us well for our 4 day stay, and given the price was an affordable option for the time of year. But if you’re looking for a more modern or high spec hotel, I’d advise booking elsewhere.
