Had a wonderful time at the hotel. We went as a large group for a team building experience - the hotel provided space, support and great availability to our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and the facilities were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are specious and bed is comfortable. The hotel has everything you need for a short business trip and is well located to the Center and beach. The pool was cold but other than that everything was perfect.
Special thanks to Marina who supervised our stay and was incredible throughout the whole process.

Our first time at the ME marbella. perfect situation for shops restaurants, hotel is beautiful very well presented and the rooms are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful and i would certainly go back any time, Good job Melia

What a fabulous and amazing hotel. I walked into paradise. Tastefully decorated for Christmas an instant sparkle as I walked through the door. The staff could not have been more friendly from arrival to departure, willing to help, courteous and attentive. The room was spacious, with a balcony everything you required. Phenominal!

Spent 4 nights at this hotel, rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. I would definitely recommend including breakfast with your stay, it’s gorgeous, everything super fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful, I would also recommend having dinner at the hotel, quality is excellent, I would say better than what you can get outside. Only downside is you have to pay for parking, other than that it’s perfect. Excellent location for Puerto Banús, walking distance to everything.

Title: A 4-Star Disaster
Our stay at this hotel was appalling. Housekeeping skipped our room despite the "please clean" sign, then showed up at 6:15 PM, rudely insisting to clean then or never. We had no fresh towels for our first two nights and our room was never cleaned. Reception claimed housekeeping is every other day—outrageous for a 4-star hotel. They also don't provide water after the first day, and we were told to buy our own at 11:00 PM. Terrible service. Not coming back. Don't come if you want good service from a 4-star or a clean room.

Had a wonderful week at this hotel. We were a large group due to a wedding however the service and the rooms were excellent. The food at the breakfast buffet was always hot and tables were quickly cleared. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the cleaning staff were always efficient and friendly. My only complaint would be the price of ice creams for the children priced at €7 each!! The walk into Puerto Banus only took 10 minutes so not far if you wanted nightlife. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to everyone at Meliá Banús. Would definitely recommend.
