There are serious thefts in this hotel
I am writting this opinion because I want to warn everyone who is going to this hotel. The hotel may be inviting with its location, large rooms and pleasant surroundings, but there are theft in this hotel. These are not petty pick-pockets, but large-scale thefts from room safes. And the hotel simply ignores these facts. The hotel does not follow the precautions and procedures that a 5* class hotel should comply with, e.g. unauthorized persons may enter the reception area (where, as we were told, there is, among others, the master key to the safes), unauthorized persons may also enter the rooms guests (as we were told, members of the entertaiment team can help cleaning ladies in the rooms). I am sure that every guest of a hotel of this class, crossing its threshold, rather feels safe and does not expect that his belongings may be stolen, especially from the safe. But that's what happened in our case. We had 1400 euros stolen from the safe that was in the room. We were simply shocked by this fact! It happened in the afternoon of the penultimate day of our stay on Sunday. We were told we couldn't report it to the police on Sunday and we were leaving the next day! However, I said that I wanted to report the incident to the police, so we were allowed to stay in our rooms and on Monday I went with Mrs. Manager to the police who, I admit, gave me full assistance in this regard. We have confirmation of the testimony.
We also requested a written confirmation of the theft from the hotel. It was released with obvious reluctance, and I had to insist for a long time that it at least be stamped, because I received it on a white sheet of paper without a trademark, signature or seal.
After returning home, I sent an official letter to the hotel requesting redress, which we have not received to this day. Firstly the hotel simply did not respond. Next Mrs. Manager asked me to wait some time. Finally they stop answering my e-mails. Their attitude to clients in my opinion: “They came, they left, will be others. Mañana!

The worst thing though is that this is not the first time this has happened in this hotel. After this incident, we found at least a few descriptions of the similar cases on the Internet. This means that the hotel simply tolerates such practices. And remember, this is a 5* hotel! This approach is extremely disrespectful towards guests who pay a lot of money for their stay, arrive to the hotel to rest and relax, and leave nervous, disappointed, discouraged and, in addition, poorer by EUR 1,400.
I absolutely do not recommend! We will certainly not appear in this hotel or in any other of Vincci chain.
