The hotel doesn't offer free parking, and spaces are limited. When we arrived around 7 pm, there were no spaces left. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very helpful and recommended a nearby paid parking lot, which cost €14 for a day and was about an 8-minute walk away, which was acceptable. There's a supermarket opposite the hotel.
Standard hotel with smooth service. Very friendly welcome upon arrival.
On-site parking is available with an elevator. It might be a challenge for very large cars. The Tesla Y just fit nicely in the elevator due to its width.
I arrived before the official check-in time and fully understood that I couldn’t access the room yet. However, I made it clear to the front desk staff that I would be returning around midnight due to work commitments. When I arrived later that night, the receptionist was kind and welcoming, but unfortunately, the room I was given had an extremely strong and unpleasant humidity smell.
Although I was...
Spacious rooms and wonderful friendly helpful personnel. Thank you for a very comfortable visit. We would love to stay with you again.
We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Styles in Zaragoza. The room was clean and comfortable, though not particularly large—perfectly fine for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped, which made for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.
The only downside was that our room faced an air shaft and had an opaque window, meaning there was no real view. However, since...

Staff and location are excellent. But the building is at a place that will warrant that you can’t sleep or rest well.
Excellent location.
Very good room!
This was as expected. Ut not Excellent.
However the breakfast was fully adequate. B
Great place in a great location. Extremely close to everything, with some of the friendliest staff I’ve come across
Nice Smaller Hotel in Zaragoza
Great location and clean hotel. The hallways show the age of the place a bit, but this felt like a great deal for the price. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing to consider is that not all vehicles are allowed to turn down the street the hotel is on. Ubers were not allowed to drop me directly off, so I had to walk a block or so from the main road north of the...
This hotel has the perfect location for a visit to Zaragoza! I could visit all the sites so easily, and pop in and out during the day. The staff are excellent and the room and bathroom very comfortable. People in other reviews have mentioned the aircon. I didn't have a problem with the room temperature, but I would say that there is a constant hum from it. I slept in my earplugs and was fine.
Old building. Could use upgrading. No guest control of air conditioning. It appears that previous guests could not change the flow of shower water from hand held to overhead. When I managed to do so the water from the shower was VERY rusty..or whatever made it brown. The walls are paper thin. We were kept awake by loud snoring guest next door. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was...

Stayed two nights with my partner as a stopover.
The location was very convenient, close to the centre and train station. It’s within walking distance, with good bus connections as well. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was included, and there were also drinks, coffee, and snacks available at reception. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Stayed overnight going from the UK and back again. Staff very friendly and helpful with secure underground parking also dog friendly with a little park next door. Great value place to stay.
Small room, comfortable and clean. 25 mins walk to centre of town and location suited me well. Hotel has underground parking with plenty of space when I stayed.
I recently stayed at NH Sport in Zaragoza and had a very good experience. The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but this is not a problem at all since the tramway passes right next to the hotel, making it easy and quick to reach the main attractions.
The hotel offers an underground parking (with a daily fee) that is very secure, with direct elevator access to the hotel – which is...
A very nice hotel. It looks as if it has been refurbished recently. The rooms are very good with excellent bathrooms. The beds are very firm, so not ideal for me. Great breakfast. The only thing missing is a bar to relax and have a drink at.
Exemplary service! Thanks to the staff it was an amazing stay. After we left we realised we had forgotten some of our belongings. They were super helpful in getting it shipped to the Netherlands. Gave great advice and even send us some candies. This truly brightened up our day! Thank you very much for everything!

Great location and great hotel
Terrific location!! Beautiful lobby. Room was kinda bare, modern - as things go nowadays. Plenty of outlets! Didn’t realize our double beds actually equal 2 singles. As happens often during this trip in Spain, if front desk person is a woman, they’re very helpful, chipper and clear (make sure I understand) when men tend to be helpful but more buttoned up, less clear.
Great location room was a bit dirty and bed a bit hard
The property was great, and breakfast was lovely. I only stayed one night, but I was able to walk to several shopping and dining areas during my stay. The only complaint is that the room I had clearly had previous water damage, and the floor in front of the bathroom was soft, but it was otherwise perfect for a one night stay. The automatic blinds that opened up to the balcony and plaza was the best...
Good location. Hotel needs improvement
Good location.
But the rooms are outdated and needs some repair. The cleaning was below standard unfortunately.
Is ok for short stays… if no other viable option, would stay again.
The location is excellent if you are interested in the Cathedrals.

Very good location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and sites. Parking garage under hotel was easy to manage. However was difficult to find side street from main street. The hotel staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable, very lumpy pillow. Thin walls, was able to hear neighbors on both sides of the wall. An electrical outlet in the bathroom...
Great potential for improvement.
The hotel is very well located, close to everything you want to experience. 👍
The breakfast was… well, just a breakfast – nothing surprising!
Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit neglected, with worn-out furnishings and extremely hard beds.
A suggestion for improvement: don’t place business travelers and vacationers next door to each other – we have different daily...
Old style hotel with comfortable rooms in a perfect location to explore the city.
Older property in a great condition, our rooms were big very comfortable, the breakfast was really good the location is superb. For the price I can’t find anything to complain about it’s just well priced and worth it. Zaragoza is very beautiful. Glad we decided to stay 2 nights here as there are plenty to see just at walking distance. Definitely stay here!!
Good
Great location in the centre of the old town. Expensive parking at €25 per day!

Very basic hotel, would not consider it a 3 star hotel. The room had no fridge, no iron, no nothing. You get AC, which is great in the summer, and a bed with the thinnest hardest pillows that gave us a terrible neck pain.
Smart hotel within walking distance from everything.
Wonderful welcome and check in. Comfortable room. Underground parking
All the staff was really nice and welcoming, especially Maru. She went above and beyond. All were great.
It’s a basic hotel located quite central. It was good value for money.
The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, and the nearby neighborhoods are also good for breakfast. You can walk to the Sagrada Familia, the pedestrian street, and Casa Batt. The service is a bit indifferent, but it is no problem to communicate slowly. The facilities are not comparable to those of domestic hotels, but they are acceptable.

Aragon, Zaragoza, Paseo Gran Vía, 38 🧭 Map
I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.
Gran Via Hotel has a great atmosphere. The bar service is excellent as well, with polite and attentive bartenders making the experience even more enjoyable.
It’s a perfect place to stay, whether for a short or long visit.
The only bad thing is the elevator that only goes up to the first floor.
Pros:
Room was big and clean, big bathroom. Wifi was working fine.
Cons:
Room wasn't ready when I arrived 1 hour after the check-in time. Location is not ideal for sightseeing as it's a bit of a walk to the old city center.
Good place, close treatment with the client and a 10 in terms of the comfort of the room

Everything else was excellent.
It was clean, well decorated, good variety of breakfast. I missed the handle for aged adults at the shower and a bidet sprayer next to the toilet.
Clean spacious room with mini fridge. Staffs are really nice.
Did not have breakfast in the hotel. Opted for other alternatives
Excellent location. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are charming.

My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star.

Stayed one night. Air conditioning good for the June weather. Room is sizable. Parking near hotel to park overnight but only with little discount. Staff is helpful.
Very satisfactory accommodation, convenient transportation, parking, good service, the hotel is very clean, and it is very good to be able to stay at this price during the Spring Festival.
The hotel front desk helped me call a taxi to the train station. The breakfast was OK. The hotel is not far from the cathedral, which is convenient for travel. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the commercial street. The hotel environment is good.
Highly recommended. Great prices, great breakfast, great service and amazing people. It is literally in the city center and absolutely to support in these times, where everyone charges you for poor services.
We stayed here just one night, choosing this hotel due to its excellent location and our previous experience with Catalonia Hotels. The hotel is in a beautiful, historic building, thoroughly modern inside except for the preserved old staircase and elevator.

A very good hotel in terms of price and everything else; also, a classy and quiet hotel with good reception.
I get that some people have their complains bit for just sleeping and exploring it's perfect. Love the interior too very unique.
Loved this place. Beautiful entrance and food. Rooms huge. (or ours was) we had a lounge come kitchen which was massive, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom. More a suite than a room for 4.
Dusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general.
On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).
Nice hotel located in the city centre, just minutes away from El Pilar and all the city centre bars. We stayed for a wedding and we had a great time. The place has a great value for its price!
The rate quality/price is good. It is very cheap. The location is very good , in the centre of the city, close to the Central Market. The bathroom has all we needed. We were able to leave the room at 12 noon. It is the second time I have come here and I'll come a third. On the other hand, the hotel is a bit old. The bathroom and the main room are a bit small for 3 people. The surroundings of the hotel...

Everything was great, but the location is far from the city center.
A very basic hotel, it has the essentials for an overnight stay, but little else. The rooms don't have a refrigerator or safe, the pillows are too thin for our liking, and the double beds are only 1.35 meters wide. The good points are the heating/air conditioning and the bathroom with a bathtub.
Breakfast is meager for the price (€12). There are few savory options (basic cold cuts like cheese, turkey...
Everything was pretty good, it was under construction on the outside, the machinery was empty.
Hotel was clean and staff helpful. I did not eat in the hotel

This place is great and the staff definitely stands out! The only thing I would say is our air-conditioning wasn’t that great but they gave us a fan. And you can hear the subways sometimes underneath the building.
Hotel quite well located 20 minutes walk from the city center. The facilities are basic (but it's a two-star) and all of this risks aging badly over time. The noise of the metro passing not far from the hotel is surprising at first. No breakfast served on site (go to the Simon bakery which is excellent 5 minutes from the hotel). Big plus: free on-site parking in the basement and very pleasant and attentive...
Spacious but minimalist room but nothing was missing. Parking included is a plus. From there you can walk to the center of Zaragoza in 15 minutes. Recommended for families especially.
My bathroom light and the extractor fan do not stop all night, there is no switch installed, after thinking about it many times I go out and call the receptionist and he gives me the solution to take out the card from the light and they turn off, and the air turns off and The TV turns off and the light goes out!!!!! Who designed this? You can watch Netflix, if you have an account, you can watch YouTube...
The staff is very kind and the place is clean and comfortable. Very well located if you are coming by bus... the reason for this grade is the problem with wifi connection...it wasn’t working at all even though I reported it. Also, there wasn’t enough sockets for charging phones and other devices in the room.
Really nice service, awesome location. Not giving the 5 stars because the rooms are very tiny, and if staying longer than a couple of days it can feel closed in

We stayed 3 nights here and it was very pleasant. Nice welcome, spotless rooms, good bathroom and a little balcony.

It well located for transport, sights and shops, plus the market is right across the road. Really liked the whole town.
Very comfy and inexpensive hotel well located, with all amenities, including the choice of breakfast, in front of the Market place.
Overall all good, smal and simple rooms yet all ok. Nice view from small balcony to city centre. Breakfast with not a lot of choice but for that price worth it with very good coffee.
So disappointing when we arrived . Sadly the reception staff were very mixed in their attitude and helpfulness. The lady on check out was lovely, some of the others , could. It have been more unwelcoming. We were on 5th floor , it needed updating , bare walls , the bathroom had a bath no screen or curtain so water went every where. The bath needed replacing and the grouting appalling . The ceiling...
Perfect accommodation for location and service. The continental breakfast is complete and the coffee is prepared very delicious, it is not coffee from a buffet machine. The girls at the reception are very friendly and let us leave our suitcases until the night we left so we could continue sightseeing throughout the day.
In my experience very good, the first night very quiet, comfortable, spacious bed, closet, suitcase holder, desk and TV, elevator. The bathroom was very good, quite new, the bathtub clean and the toilet disinfected, hygiene products. The correct reception. The location is absolutely beautiful. While it was difficult to get there without a car, it was worth it! Tony is awesome!
Very good standard. We had a delux double on a corner on the third floor. The bed was excellent and so was the room. We also ate at the restaurant and found the food and service superb. If you are into staying at castle hotels then go here.
From start to finish a great experiance All staff Incredibly motivated to ensure your stay was perfect. Wonderful large, quiet room with a great view. Cafeteria and bar served snacks and light meals all day which was a bonus as you used to have to wait until 8.30 to get food. Breakfast was excellent. Will most certainly return one day .
Phenomenal, of course. Super relaxing, gorgeous ambience, an absolute treat. We ate twice in the cafeteria which was really good. Would have liked to stay a week but we'd be way beyond our budget.
Nice setting. The rooms are in a new building and you don't get to see any of the original sections unless you join a tour. I did not join the tour so cannot comment. But overall not so much to see. Honestly slight disappointment for a "castle" stay

I had a great time there & staffs were all very helpful👏Thank u !
Parking is completely safe. Parking costs 20 euros per day. It's great because it's in the city center. The cathedral is right in front, so it's easy to walk. It's an older hotel, but it's cleaner than I expected.
The front desk staff were helpful and responsive, but the hotel facilities were very old and there was almost no soundproofing.
Great location, clean room, decent shower, good bed, nice staff, a bit pricy but the city is worth it.
The hotel is located in the perfect place. Garage in the downtown is a great solution, and it isn't expansive. I couldn't change speed on AC ,so it works on its own way, or you have to turn it off. Little but annoying in hot days.
Location is great but the rooms were lacking some basic things. Not enough charging ports near the beds, no bin apart from the bathroom, air con didn't work, and the WiFi was terrible. Perfect location for the basilica however.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. But the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. A lot of traffic noise, but that is to be expected being next to the motorway.
It's been a long time since I stayed at your Hotel. I only have good memories. I stayed before remodeling and after remodeling. The rooms were spacious, the restaurant is excellent and the staff, friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever get to go back to Zaragoza, I will definitely stay at your hotel.
Traditional elegant Spanish roadside hotel. Many of the rooms have been refurbished so have a modern hotel feel. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We also had a balcony and garden view. The bar/cafeteria/restaurant is open all day and serves drinks, tapas and full meals at very reasonable prices.
Heading to santander from javea,
So kind of half way.
Food excellent, service 5 star.
Clean and large room.. loved it.
Think I might do a tour of Spanish motorway rest stops.
Half the price of normal hotels.
What a gem. Old fashioned decor in bedrooms but clean. Staff brilliant. Food is amazing and had 3 course restaurant menu. Cafe open 24 hours . Dog friendly and staff kind to our dog offering water and treats. Very Spanish old style and we loved it. Been twice

Perfect location. Coffee at the reception is delicious. Will book again.
Good location. There are many stores and restaurants near the hotel. There is free drinks on the ground floor.
While I understand that hotel prices may fluctuate depending on season or circumstances, nowhere during booking was it made clear that the hotel is currently under renovation. Being woken up at 8:30 a.m. by loud banging is not what anyone expects when staying at a hotel, especially when hoping for a restful morning.
The room itself was clearly unfinished -exposed live wires, a non-functioning TV,...
The staff was fabulous, nothing bad to say, they took wonderful care of our pet. The only thing I'd say is that the air conditioning wasn't working properly... if they fix it, we'll definitely come back.
We stayed just one night as a family, and thank goodness, because the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, and parking in the area was difficult. The triple room was quite worn, with several defects and a general feeling of neglect.
The worst: the bathroom. The paint on the tiles was chipped and the original color was visible, the shower curtain was...
