What a fabulous place to stay in San Sebastian! From Andrea's very warm welcome to Leires's daily chats with our family and kids I couldn't fault this excellent example of top class hospitality.
Our junior suite with sweeping sea views was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast (and service) exceptional. The location is also perfect for beach access and just five minutes from the Old Town too. Parking was straightforward so as long as you're comfortable negotiating tight multi-storey car parks.
If you're coming to San Sebastian be sure to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Loved it!

We absolutely loved our long weekend at the hotel - location is perfect and the rooms overlooking the bay are just amazing, gorgeous sunrise and sunset. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more friendly or helpful, and the rooms are perfect. Modern bathrooms, traditional yet modern bedrooms and the bed is HUGE and super comfy. We’ll definitely be back x

We stayed 2 nights as a family of four with two kids in a city view room. The experience was excellent from start to finish: room service meals of surprising quality, and staff who helped with everything immediately and with real care. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and close to the old town.
The gym access is off-site, about 7 minutes down the beach. While the equipment is a little dated, it’s still a thoughtful touch to have included.
Though rated as a 4-star hotel, the service, comfort, and professionalism here rival many 5-star properties we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

Outstanding stay here, with impeccable panoramic views of both the Bay and Old Town. The bar was fantastic too on both food and drinks and service. Some of the best water pressure in the rainfall shower. The beach with the softest sand right outside the hotel's door. We were very very happy to have chosen here for our 5 night stay in San Sebastián. Although there is construction nearby, the windows are well insulated you can't hear it. Opening up the doors to have a balcony was great.

Besides the obvious, that the proximity to the beach makes for the most incredible views; the rooms and hotel aesthetic are beautiful; the staff are so kind and helpful; the food and drinks are delicious and the bartenders are so sweet and accommodating.
The location is also great. So close to the water and a bunch of great places to eat and drink. Could not recommend this place enough

Great hotel, lovely rooms and breakfast. The only issue was the noise at night and the hotel hasn't switched the air con on so we had to leave the window open. Really spoiled what was otherwise a fantastic hotel.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay, finding it great value for money. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to access everything, and we appreciated its cleanliness and delightful scent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing our experience. If given the opportunity to return, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Gracías 🩷

My friend and I stayed here for three nights and we were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating and our room was clean. There was a nice terrace on the fourth floor that we stayed on. Facundo made breakfast every morning special with his professionalism and friendliness. The hotel is well-appointed for walking and we felt right at home here.

We had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it. Location is great: the beach is 5 minutes walk away, and the old town is 10-15 minutes walk away. The service overall is amazing. Cannot thank the kind and considerate staff enough. One area for improvement might be around noise. We were woken up at 10am with fire alarms that turned out to be routine testing. We were also woken up at 1am by people in the corridors talking loudly. There was also noise from trucks in the street early in the morning. Despite this, the location and service and overall cleanliness makes this a hotel worth recommending.
