The hotel room was quite large, with a super big bed. One of the hotel staff was very nice, but they accidentally took my luggage to another room, which startled me. Luckily, they retrieved it for me. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, which saves you about twenty euros in parking fees, as there's an extra charge for the hotel parking lot. The hotel is very close to the nearby market and the beach.

It was very clean. The bathtub was deep and spacious, so I was able to relax. The only thing that was difficult was that we had to climb a long flight of stairs due to a lack of confirmation on our part before checking in, but there was actually an elevator leading to the street, which was very convenient. The whole building had a sophisticated atmosphere, and I would definitely like to use it again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in June. Everything was perfect, the rooms were clean and the decor was very tasteful. The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking view of the whole city, which is very nice. The hotel is in a great location with a lift to get to the city centre faster. We loved the breakfast, very good and varied. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

One night in this hotel was enough for my wife and me to enjoy the very beautiful surroundings, comfortable bedding and the hospitality of all the very smiling staff. The breakfast was really great, with a lot of choice! The price is justified!

Wonderful hotel with great views from the roof terrace and pool. Close to the old town, great service and a delicious breakfast buffet. Perfect for a romantic weekend or for business travellers as they also have great meeting and conference facilities and covered parking with direct access to the hotel.

Lovely hotel with great views
We stayed for two nights in thus hotel over a weekend and it was very nice. From greeting at reception to exploring the rooftop amenities the place is very lovely and comfortable. The location is good with a lift from the street level up to the hotel where because if its elevated level over the city allows for really great panoramic views.
Only looses points for the fact they charge for the spa. We were paying quite a bit of money for our rooms as bisiting over high season and it was a bit rich to then be charged €19 each to use the spa.
Apart from that a great stay

Came here for one night in San Sebastian before heading to the ferry in Bilbao.
This is a wonderful hotel. All seems so new and it's location is just perfect.
The views from the roof and rooftop pool across the city were stunning. My boy LOVED the pool after a long drive!
The hotel is easy walking distance to the beach and old city where it was buzzing but friendly and family friendly.
We went from pintxos bar to another and so on. Food was superb.
The breakfast was good back at the hotel.
The hotel also has a secure underground car park which is a rare luxury in such an old city. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We would happily come back.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and breakfast. The only issue was the noise at night and the hotel hasn't switched the air con on so we had to leave the window open. Really spoiled what was otherwise a fantastic hotel.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay, finding it great value for money. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to access everything, and we appreciated its cleanliness and delightful scent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing our experience. If given the opportunity to return, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Gracías 🩷

My friend and I stayed here for three nights and we were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating and our room was clean. There was a nice terrace on the fourth floor that we stayed on. Facundo made breakfast every morning special with his professionalism and friendliness. The hotel is well-appointed for walking and we felt right at home here.

We had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it. Location is great: the beach is 5 minutes walk away, and the old town is 10-15 minutes walk away. The service overall is amazing. Cannot thank the kind and considerate staff enough. One area for improvement might be around noise. We were woken up at 10am with fire alarms that turned out to be routine testing. We were also woken up at 1am by people in the corridors talking loudly. There was also noise from trucks in the street early in the morning. Despite this, the location and service and overall cleanliness makes this a hotel worth recommending.
