Nice location and spacious hotel room !

Very good, especially the breakfast.

Great value for money, and the decor is quite nice too. While it's a bit far from the old town, getting to the boulevard by bus is very convenient. San Sebastián doesn't have ride-sharing apps like Uber, so if you need a taxi, you'll have to ask the front desk to call one for you.

The hotel is located just a few minutes by bus from the bar area.
The exterior looks old, but the interior is very nice and clean.
The bed was fluffy and I slept well.
There's a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up if you need something.
The breakfast selection isn't that extensive, but it was more than adequate. And it was very delicious.

I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit San Sebastian.

I loved this hotel. It's extremely clean, comfortable, and we felt extremely safe in the surrounding neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helped us get a taxi to the old town daily as well as helped us store our luggage and called us a taxi to the airport when we had a flight that was later in the day, past check out time. We ate at the hotel restaurant multiple times due to convenience and good quality food for reasonable prices. The rooms were also clean with central air conditioning as well as the most comfortable beds with great supportive pillows. We absolutely loved the wonderful daily breakfast with a huge spread of so many wonderful oprions, it was the daily highlight of our stay. The only thing that would have made this better was if it were a bit closer the center of town where all the sights and action is. However, it's only a 35 minute walk away or a quick 10 minute taxi ride or 20 minute bus ride. My family and I will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful San Sebastian.

Very happy overall. Hotel ILUNION was our home for our 11 night exploration of San Sebastián. The location was perfect. Less than 5 mins walk from the lovely beach of Onderetta and directly across the road from Kalea Matia where there are local shops, supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops and lots of decent restaurants. There is also public street parking nearby which is very cheap and easy to manage if you install the 'elparking' app on your phone.

The hotel itself is modern and the rooms reasonably spacious. All the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was OK and the staff there very attentive. Daily housekeeping service was OK but I would say, the cleanliness on the room on arrival could have been better. When we checked in to the room we found the surfaces of the shelving in the cupboard, the shower tray and the fridge to be dirty and had to clean them ourselves.

Easiest check in and check out I've ever experienced. Advance check in was worth it. It made the process incredibly efficient and straight-forward. The hotel is very well located and the beach was very close nearby so the kids were delighted. Hotel is spotless with very pleasant staff.
