Staff were friendly and efficient. No problem recommending this hotel. The outside look of the hotel is not particularly attractive but inside it is what one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the peninsula beach and within walking distance. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the environment is comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is large and easy to use, and the hotel breakfast is great, rich in content and tastes good. Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Hotel in the center of Santander with excellent breakfast and attentive staff, and very good value for money.

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, and everything more than adequate. Very friendly staff and centrally located. You couldn't ask for more. I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment.

Stunning hotel ..staying here 2 days .. hopeless breakfast.. yeah we're English. But the bacon . Scrambled eggs and fried eggs we're cold .. . Not worth anywhere near 18 euros . Breakfast is probably worth half that . And breakfast area not very welcoming.. definitely eating out for breakfast tomorrow

Very helpful front desk staff, we got an upgrade to ocean view room which was much appreciated. Just over the road from the beautiful beach. Clean and spacious room , comfortable bed. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

Great location right on the seafront. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. The bathrooms probably could do with a little more attention with cleaning and FYI, a standard double room is quite small with a small double bed.

Stayed here in July. Hotel has a fantastic location on the front and there was an amazing sea view from our room. However, on returning to the room on the 2nd day we had no cups or satchets of coffee/milk for the morning. When I went to reception to get some I was told that coffee etc was only complimentary on the first night - surely even 2 star hotels supply free satchets of coffee/tea etc! In the...

We enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay in this large hotel overlooking the beach. The room was of good size and well maintained. Free on-street parking was found behind the hotel. Local wine bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Nice location and friendly staff.

We really liked our experience at the Vinci Puerto chico. The location is excellent. The room was a little small but cozy, and the bathroom was quite big. The public parking right outside is a plus. The staff was nice and there were some nice touches. We did not take the breakfast. I would stay here again and highly recommend thanks to the awesome location.

Very nice place to stay on the waterfront and near Casa Lita. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our A/C worked like a charm and the breakfast buffet was very good. Good Wifi, as well.

Wonderful stay , great welcome and touristical help from Alvaro, the front desk manager , perfect location with a wonderful view of the pretty bay and marina, very close to historical downtown and beaches.

This property is at the edge of town, but if you have a car and want less hassle with parking and crowds, stay here. The staff is very nice, and they have a popular bar and cafeteria, even at the edge of town

The person at the front desk assisted me to obtaine medication I left at my previous hotel stay. She coordinated the delivery to me of the medication. Well beyond her responsibilities.

Stayed here for one night prior to getting the ferry back to the UK. From the outside the hotel looks like a concrete monstrosity built in the 1960's or 1970's. We stayed for two very enjoyable nights. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The grounds are beautiful very calm & relaxing. The rooms are a tranquil oasis. We ate at the restaurant both nights all meals excellent & showed local ingredients. We loved our stay here, it was so nice.

I booked this property as s gift for a couple and their feedback was that the entire Helguera Team was absolutely outstanding . They took very good care of every small detail requested by Me , therefore making their stay even more special. Thank you all for making my friend’s stay so memorable.
