Vincci Puertochico Hotel in Santander

Stayed in this hotel for 7 days and enjoyed every minute of it we upgraded to the front rooms with a fabulous view. The cleanliness was very impressive. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant and the bar staff looked after us when we were sunning ourselves outside the hotel watching the world go by especially Tino who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable always smiling and helpful if you needed directions to and from places of interest

We really liked our experience at the Vinci Puerto chico. The location is excellent. The room was a little small but cozy, and the bathroom was quite big. The public parking right outside is a plus. The staff was nice and there were some nice touches. We did not take the breakfast. I would stay here again and highly recommend thanks to the awesome location.

Very nice place to stay on the waterfront and near Casa Lita. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our A/C worked like a charm and the breakfast buffet was very good. Good Wifi, as well.

Wonderful stay , great welcome and touristical help from Alvaro, the front desk manager , perfect location with a wonderful view of the pretty bay and marina, very close to historical downtown and beaches.

Overall, I was satisfied. The view wasn't toward the harbor as shown in the photos, but rather toward the residential area on the other side, which was actually better in terms of noise.

The breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel. It's also a shame that they only offer Nespresso capsule machines for coffee.

Unbeatable location, comfortable, single room, and excellent cleanliness. The staff is also friendly, so I highly recommend it.

Me and my partner had a lovely time at this hotel. With a 24/7 underground secure car park underground (directly in front of the hotel with a lift) it was absolutely perfect. Close to the city centre of Santander, and right by the marina, bars, restaurants and the main attractions in the city. The room was comfortable and very nice. However, the seals around the large windows in our room weren’t very good. If you are a light sleeper, this can annoy you with some of the noice outside the building. The walls did seem quite thin, as on the Saturday night there was a lot of banging, crying and screaming coming from the room next to ours. There must of been a family put next to our room. It was a full hotel (we were told), due to the Triathlon taking place on the Sunday morning. Breakfast was absolutely fine. A pretty generic continental standard breakfast with some hot items (sausages, chorizo and eggs). The bread, cakes and pastries were heavenly. Maria who was our waitress was wonderful! Great customer service and super helpful. Also, may I say how friendly everyone was at reception. Especially to Alvaro! He was smart, friendly and gave fantastic customer service. What a wonderful ambassador of Vincci Hotels and to the Hotel Vincci Puertochico. We hope to come back real soon. Thank you! 🙏🇪🇸🇬🇧👍🏻
